    You can rearrange the round clips ( vicers as called by mech's here ) & insert FEVIBOND in between them & to the threaded portion of that nut . It holds good for 2/3 month , but best bet is to replace that nut .

      On Activa 55/60 watt bulb might create problem in switches .

      Also if possible please post picture's of Philips Diamond Vision Light spread on road low & high beam seperately & combined . And a pic of headlight from around 10 feet when light is on . ( let the camera 10 / 15 second to settle before you snap reflector pic ) Asked same to other users but they haven't posted yet .

              What are SHIMS?..i heard lot in CBR250 thread...but not clear...also, are they exists in ZMR?

                shims is a new technology used for valve opening in DOHC engines thus outdating tappets.
                shim is a type of plate which is placed over a "bucket" which is connected to valve. the shim is pressed by extrusion of camshaft thus opening the valve and closing is done by spring or pneumatic spring system.
                the valve clearance is determined by the distance between extrusion round portion(not the oval) and the shim.

                and since ZMR is based on SOHC so there are still tappets in place of shims.

                    Whats this??

                    Hello everyone

                    Today as i took my bike out to go to office i saw this lying on the place where the bike was parked. first i thought it must be the rubber stopping the main stand below the body. but its there and also it looks different.
                    I was in hurry and could not figure out but clicked these pics.

                    anyone can tell me what is it and where it fell from
                    also i have removed my chaincover. so does this piece of rubber has to do anything with that?

                      Sorry to say but i calculated space & its around 4 cm in ZMR reflector while 68 smd led length is 4.2/4.6 cm as per different sellers on ebay , so it will touch the front glass & result in burning mark on the glass .

                      I hope my calculation would go wrong & it would fit easily . Give us update when you fit them .

                              Oops! As per the seller, the length of 68 led is 4.2 cm. What is the length of the 38 led that you have ?
