          • Parking and number plate bulb - Confusion...

            Hi All,

I am bit confused, please help me out... I have two different set bulbs for parking and number plate - 20 SMD LED T10 Car Side Wedge Light Bulb Supper White (3Nos) and Philips Blue vision white Light parking 4000K (2Nos).

            Here are they
Philips Blue Vision white Light Parking 4000K

            AND

20 SMD LED T10 Car Side Wedge Light Bulb Supper White

Can please tell me which one use as pilot/parking and which one as number plate light. Though I assume Philips as parking light and LED for number plate.. What do you say...

I will wait for comments and act accordingly...

            Regards,

I just removed the chain guard. well if u want to retain it then you'll have to get the chain cover cut in below manner to fit broader tyre.

Come to kolkata man.. You will get these in half the price.
We have a very good vendor here. Me and satyajit da have very good terms with him.
you can see how the bulb/LED glows and then decide what you wanna have.

well if u insist on these online products then i'd support the same as u are thinking

Haven't ever changed/removed the sprocket. I have done 18k as of now and i think they are still good to go. Well what is the suggested mileage after one should change the sprocket/ chain set?? point I should mention here is that i rarely use engine braking. I always pull the clutch and engage brakes. even when i need to slow down.

                      Thank you
Don't you feel it's very risky to remove chain cover as it may attracts dust and sand. In case any lady in Indian dress is at pillion and her duppata or saree get trapped. I may be sounding lil orthodox but why to remove the chain cover, even if you removed at least put a some nice after market half chain cover.

BTW, I really praise your passion with bike where you personally take care of ZMR. hats off.

As per normal practice the spark plug needs to be changed every 12,000 Kms. To check battery's condition, after parking the bike without use for 3 days check battery voltage...it should be 12.5 ...alternatively if you start the bike and the self motor is not slow and bike starts without problem then your battery is in good condition.

The experience is something beyond explanation. Its awesome! Seems a little heavy, but I guess that's the massive traction playing its part. Looks uber cool!

thanks a lot for the reply. Yes, the self motor is starting without any issues but i was planning a 9 day south india ride next month and dont want battery trouble. Any other indications to check?

PSD is not clearly meant for off roading... picks small punctures and cuts way too easily and most important air pressue has to be checked every 5 days coz if air pressure is less it acts as magnet for small punctures and cuts....
Other then that... Nothing like PSD be it gravel, wet, dry, mud, rocks anything.... it grips...
