MRF Zapper, 110 section is the same thickness as of P220?
How's the bull sticker? And also i had to tie up the mirrors with the thread to prevent them from opening up wide while riding. Rite now i totally removed the mirrors..

hello guys
there is big list of parts to be replaced and zmrs spares are so costly
both rvms
front brake pads
right handle
both sides fairing
spark plug
chain sprocket
i guess even the rear brake pads
so i need to know the method to check the pads, when i keep the bike on the main stand and rotate the wheel there is a very slight sound, is it normal in both front and rear disc and they havent been changed even once and the bike is nearing 14000kms,
can i trust the svc guys if they say that it needs to be replaced because even a slight problem, they will say replace.
the chain is making a lot of noise even after diesel wash and lubricating, is it time to change the sprocket and can you provide me the cost of the sprocket and is there any alternative sprocket which is better.
my wishlist -
hid with projector and smoked headlamp
sports exhaust - can you suggest me a exhaust which does not harm the engine,
i do not need any performance upgrade, i am a looking for a nice exhaust note

1. Chain sprocket kit - Rolon/Champion are good. Cost 1096/- IIRC
2. Handle bar - 1725/- (Not sure)
3. Front brake pads - 1200/- (Yes, both your pads are a goner!!!)
4. Rear brake pads - 1200/-
5. Spark plug (G Power) - 160/-
6. RVMs - No idea
BTW, I like the (w.r.t other bikes) silent exhaust note of the ZMR. Changing pipes will certainly harm the engine, not to mention that none are specifically designed/tuned for either of the Karizma siblings.
Still want a LOUD exhaust? Remove the cat con/cut some part of it from the exhaust!
My take on the underlined part? Not worth it! Requires cutting and welding of pipes and you lose the characteristics of the ZMR, i.e; reliability.Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Leo Vince is a slash cut pipe. Many SBK owners advice against slash cut pipes because they offer boost in sound, nothing else.
Many people concur that Akrapovic exhausts are best when it comes to R&D (specific pipes for specific bikes/cars) and performance boost.
Akrapovic claims max 5% increase in power. For a Hayabusa, that may be 9-10 PS increase, but for a Karizma, its less than 1 PS.
Moreover, we DO NOT have after market options for Karizma siblings.

Just 500 to 800kms done with shell fs. And when ridden in dense traffic, i get a terrible smell. Burning smell. When smelt near the engine, the smell of engine overheat is unbearable. Is it a problem with the radiator or the oil? Checked the oil and it was proper. So i do not think its the oil. Had poured in 1ltr (1 whole bottle of shell fs) after completely draining out the old oil. Need advice here. Rite now my bike is filled with problems.
