BTW, I really praise your passion with bike where you personally take care of ZMR. hats off.
Even i removed the chain cover and yes it attracts a lot of dust and sand and requires regular cleaning, but it relieves me of any tension of the tyre wall touching the cover at any speeds or with any load as pillion... a saree or duppatta getting stuck is less as once the bike is in motion it flies back and chances of rear wheel catching it is more then the chain...

A 110 or 120 PSD without chain cover looks very good and with chain cleaning it serves also very good..

Other then that... Nothing like PSD be it gravel, wet, dry, mud, rocks anything.... it grips...
      Thanks for the information.

Just changed the number plate bulb to T10 LED, and look at the change. I am using the Osram NB and stock parking bulbs, mark the difference in brightness. Will also update the parking light to LED or Philips Blue Vision white parking light.

We have a very good vendor here. Me and satyajit da have very good terms with him.
you can see how the bulb/LED glows and then decide what you wanna have.

well if u insist on these online products then i'd support the same as u are thinking
Sanjeev da and Satyajit da need to change my rear Tyre to 120 or 110 PSD this puja. I am counting on you, you will have to get me the best deal in the city ... Can you please give me the Pros and Cons (mileage, road grip, etc) of 120 over 110 or even its worth going for 120?? I saw Sanjeev da using 120 and its looks great I must admit..

          Regards.

Antan, with the 110 mm you'll be able to retain the chain guard, with 120; you can't.
But, with 120, the ZMR looks hotter. I chose to keep my bike less hot than Sanjeev's due to the consequences I may face with open chains.

Mileage dip with 110 mm - Expected 1-2 kmpl (Satyajit da says his mileage increased with it. )
Mileage dip with 120 mm - Expected 3-4 kmpl (Need confirmation)

[Accelaration shall be affected more with 120 mm compared to 110]

But, the tire grips like leech.

in my last tour the contact area of the rear tyres of ZMR(sirac street 100), CBR250R(stock 140) and P220(ceat vertigo sports 120) were exacty same.
IMO there is no effect in mileage if the weight of the tyre are same.

Thanks a lot I am convinced and I will get 110 PSD, as that will my pocket from fuel, tyre cost and also chain maintenance cost.. Thanks for the quick reply...

So you mean that the weight of 100 / 110 / 120 could have same weight... Is it possible?? I don't think so... thoough this my personal view....

IMO, the weight of tires with different cross sections will be different. I'm sure an FZ with a 100 section tire will give 45+ mileage. (just an example)

Retails for 3350/- here in Bangalore. Got a measly 500 rupees for my old 18700 km run MRF though. Hence, 2850/-

Fitting was free. They used a big round machine (hydraulics) to open the tire from the rim in 10 seconds flat!
Fitting and inflating took another 30 seconds only. Pretty drool stuff it was. Got it fit at a big car workshop.
Bought it from the same place too!

Well look around. Most of the bikes dont have the full chain cover. Removing it makes you loose fat 5kg, no sound of chain slacking if in case it hits the cover from inside. Chain is always visible and you know what is its status. Bike looks great. I am looking for half chain cover though.
Few pages back I read that Enticer's half chain cover is direct fit. Everyone suggestions please.

Having PSD 120 doesn't implies that one has to loose the chain cover.
Though the chain cover will have to be modified like below

My experience with PSD 120 has been very pleasant till now
the rides feel more comfortable. Its hard to put in words its like having some more cushions. braking improved drastically. Can bring the bike to a dead halt even in wet roads.
It has just been like 10 days so cannot say about mileage drop. Will update soon

I change it to Bajaj ...but later on moved to full chain cover due to maintenance...
