If you are satisfied with this 35w bulb then stick to it some more months rather going for upgrade to 55w .
M800 bulb is H4 isn't it ? its a direct fit to ZMR might be the mechanic is missed something .
For bike polish i suggest you to check this thread http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/universa...ke-polish.html & buy a good polish ( don't know which 1 as i am also searching for it ) cause the chip one might harm the colour .
but my stock bulb was a HALONIX hs1 35w

guys have bought a new philips diamond vision 55w is it a direct fit?

[i am seriously not satisfied with that 35w osram ]

            • I am having some serious issues as lot vibes are coming from the front viser. Any particular reason this might be happening. I am planning to change all the screws and nuts to check if that helps in reducing the noise.

              • Yeah, me too facing this vibration problem, not from the fairings, but from footpegs. And the bike is damn harsh above 58,60kmph and smooth around 70s..

I tried all my best to rectify these vibrations and harshness, but no success and sadly service ppl are clueless too.

There are two things that worries me,
                1. Vibrations on footpegs (obviously from the engine) around 58-70kmph combined with harshness(increased noise)
                2. Overheating issue, on touring as well, in cooler climates too..
                Rest is all fine..

I do a lot of touring, that is why I bought this bike and tour atleast 200kms without any breaks, but I had to take a break for every 50kms or so due to this heating issue, and speed mostly limited to below 60kmph most of the time rather than above 70kmph due to both harshness and the heating issue.. And the distance I cover is reduced too..

Bike is 2months old, 6450kms on odo, 3 services, 5 oil changes, using 20W40 mineral oil, iridium plug, rest is stock..

Do you guys felt the same way or am I having a problem?? These issues are from the first day, no one (neither so called ZMR engineers nor the company representative as well) has been able to give any explanation even but just ignores these issues saying "all ZMRs are same and ur bike is fine" which I can hardly accept

The Vibes part is ok, but there is no heating issue as such, its only till my first service now I face it when I ride in bumper to bumper traffic, I ride nearly 200kms without breaks @ 110kmph after my runin but no issue, recently I rode around 200kms nonstop @ 80kmph still no issue, may be there is a malfunction in the oil cooler get it checked man.

How old is the oil ? The oil needs to be changed every 2,000 Kms for good performance, secondly check for Chain being overtightened....
An old oil, very lean AFR and very tight chain, all produce engine heat and vibration...since ZMR is PGMFi the other two alternates of oil and chain tightness should be checked.
