If you have braking deficiency, and Disc is good no need to change.
Yes disc of disc brake , i don't found any movement in brake paddel when i pressed it as it should be excepted due to bent disc , even on looking closely at the disc just a slight deviation is found at 1 point , & the ASC mechanic said "rear wheel is not moving freely as it is excepted so the bent disc is responsible for it & we need to replace it "
I am worried is there any special things also needed to refit the disc on wheel as he said company uses ribits with nuts , but we have only nuts , so is fitting with nuts will make trouble on road like disc coming off or jamming suddenly

No need to worry ..like I said the Disc is replaceable, and is held on the hub of the wheel with bolts...These bolts will be loosened and old Disc removed and new Disc will be fitted in place. No special alignment or fear of Disc coming off etc., is necessary..
If there is no Disc warping(bending) then lubricating Floating caliper and setting it properly, will solve the problem.

To identify a bent disc I usually take a pen in my hand and hold the pens' tip 2-3mm away from disc.I support my hand by holding something sturdy to prevent my hand from shaking.
Then I spin the wheel to check any difference in distance between the disc and tip for any bends in the disc.

My Friend's CBZ xtreme's front disc was eating away brake Pads as it had uneven surface so he got disc replaced with new one(Original).
Then he started complaining about the pulsation brake losing the bite.
Many mechs suggested him to go for wheel throwing citing that the alloy was bent,
BUT I found that the Disc had a MANUFACTURING DEFECT and my friend had a very hard time getting it exchanged as the dealer was not accepting the fact.
So check the disc before you replace it.

Karizma ZMR is Oil Cooled, That's why the Radiator.

P.S. Radiator is only attached to Oil Cooled and Liquid Cooled Engines.
Air Cooled = Only Fins On Block for cooling.

                Thanks Red Flash!!

I was misguided because in the Hero Honda website it is written as "Aircooled"

from what i understand : the engine oil is cooled by pumping it into the radiator(in our zmr).
in a liquid cooled bike(lets take r15), where does the liquid circulate? is it the liquid or is it the engine oil cooled using the radiator?

Please provide an audio clip recorded by a stereo handheld recorder.

In ZMR the left side doesnt warm up more than the right side, its actually the right side cooling down faster than the left side, due to the presence of oil cooler.

                    @PSR Sir,
Please correct me if the above observation is wrong.

Liquid Cooled : Liquid (Coolant + Water) Circulated around Engine.

Air Cooled : Oil is circulated to Prevent engine from Heating.

Oil Cooled : Same as Air Cooled ONLY difference is "The Oil Cooled in Radiator before being Circulated again"

                          Friends,
Changed my Front Left Fairing which was scratched due to my fall on the left side on 16-Nov-2011.

Paid only Rs 186.00 for job of Rs 2,601.00
The entire amount was paid by ICICI Lombard Insurance.
The interesting part is the Premium of Rs 1825.00 is used in one go.

34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

Here , the mech. takes the bike for spin to diagnose the problems and after returning he immediately pressure wash the bike which is very hot !!!!
                              I don't brake rules , I merely test their elasticity ;)

Satyajit ji is ICICI pay 100% on fiber parts too ? As i know insurance company only pay 50% for fiber parts & we have to pay remaining 50% . & you paid only 186 rupees for labour while bill quote around 330 rupees , again discount
