Bike can be service at 1500 KM....as for oil cooler...check the other dealers in Delhi...get phone no. from website....i will check with mine SVC....

If server is down points can be add later on....before 30 days from your billing date...

and also, they can give discount without swapping your card...you just need to show card....card only been swiped for adding points ...redeem points...and to know your points...but for billing they can give discount if you have a card..

My Ride of 17000 kms out of 20000 kms have been primarily in heavy congested traffic of Kolkata....
Hence very likely Clutch Plates were damaged

and change was required.

Some parts of ZMR share a common platform with ZMA and hence the similarity.
The mentioned serial nos are of ZMRs while the rest are similar with ZMAs or other Bikes.

Probably this is given at the time of purchase and really helpful n the long run since all across 5% Discount is available.
Others who do not have it please use the ones with your friends Card.
Normally I do the purchase for most of my HEROs

and add the point on my Card.
Have redeemed all the gifts till 20000 Points.

No problem even if it does not work but they have to give 5% discount.
Keep the Bills and add on a later time when the server is up & running.

Simply make a call to the Regional Office on this and SVC will be &#$@ed.

Even I also do not produce it, simply mention I have one at the time of Billing.
Although SVC has a good rapport with me.

lately my M45 is having many punctures and am pissed due to it

suggest me some good tubeless tyre

and also is my M45 tyre worn out and should i replace it ?

my odo reads 15,570kms

What exactly HH people have done to the original Honda CRF230 engine which is very reliable and smooth engine compared to our ZMA-R/ZMR engine? I wonder where have all the qualities gone from the original one?

If you study ,you will understand that the following things are different between CRF230 and HH ZMA.
1. The weight.. CRF 112 Kgs...ZMA 150 Kgs
2. The gear box.. CRF 6 gears ZMA 5 gears
3. Carburetor CRF 26/28mm non CV... ZMA 30mm CV
4. Chain & sprocket CRF 520 pitch 13/50....ZMA 520 pitch...13/40
5. CDI CRF Aggressive map...ZMA CDI passive to get better FE
6. Top Speed CRF 100 Kmph ZMA 125 Kmph

i don't understand how come the crf is better tuned and mapped and has an extra gear too but has a lesser top speed than zma

or is the acceleration better ?
