                    Hey man..

can you let me know if No chain cover requires more maintenance as compared to the covered chain???

And also if you have to change the chain-set as well in order to remove the chain cover??

Also, what are the measurement of the tyre that you have installed?? Looks like 110/90.... correct me if wrong

yes it does require more maintenance compared to the chain cover like cleaning the chain at 1000kms in place of 2000kms as earlier and secondly after lubing, rim, swing arm and side/main stand gets dirty so i have to clean them up with kerosene when ever i clean my chain.

no nothing change everything is stock(apart from chain cover )

the tyre is 100/90-18 as stock and u can opt this tyre without removing or altering the chain cover (for more info on this ask ankur chopra xbhp id: 111diabloo111)

Go to any good ASC and tell him that you are doing some mod on your bike and you need the service manual for information regarding engine-internals,torque specs, dismantling procedure etc... and also try to ask many confusing questions.
                              That should do the trick.

My ASC has 1 copy of shop manual & i can get it to xerox but as i said xerox would cost more than 300 rupees for that big book but its cost is only 260 rupees , & they won't getting another copy as its a small ASC , that's why asked is anyone can get it ?
