I saw a CBR rim strip on somewhere ( i don't remember it now ) & made a ZMR strip @ local radium shop . Took couple of hours for me to make & adjust the design in photoshop & then the radium guy made it in just half hour.

Yep that one should look good but as they in 3 pieces on each side you need to maintain distance between them . Which is some what difficult job as i experienced it

Technically u can do from anywhere but in case of accidents etc. onus is yours.
Frankly I was also willing to renew my Own Policy from somewhere but a very close friend of mine is in the General Insurance industry for more than 10 years. He suggested me not to do so.
Moreover after the accident entire pain and hassle was taken from SVC and they ensured I got maximum benefit.

Regarding the Percentage on Plastics AFAIK there is a column for ND Cover.
The insurance paid under this should have more coverage, my earlier ICICI Lombard Policy did not mention that.
Mostly it started from July-2010 and as per IRDA Rules everyone must have it but can be expensive.

Since my SCAN is very light will upload a close up shot later.
Thanks satyajitrc and vvijkumar. Will renew my iffko tokio insurance.

                          SRIRAM,
Cannot use cuss words but getting envious.
How can you go wrong? Parents are always right.
You are our parent here, kudos to your choice.

Honestly I would have also loved to get that but not riding in Nights in dark alleys. Mostly cities hence plan postponed.
Moreover no more spending only saving for some 650 cc.
34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

What You are referring to is called intellect..and for intellect you need experience with knowledge, ...and for experience with knowledge, you need inputs,...and for inputs you need people who share,...and THE PEOPLE WHO SHARE ARE HERE.....it is from here that I had learnt many things, and thankful to all who had given me the knowledge. I am merely condensing what already exist here...
