        So far so good!
Zapper Q holds ground at high speeds too. I went on a small ride this Sunday where I hit a top whack of 120 kmph. No issues.
A few corners around the hills at 40-60 kmph were effortless too.
        Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Decent tire I must say, have been using it since the last 10K kms, The only drawback is it being TT.

Wirings under the seat. Get them checked. Switches for both front and back breaks must be good but still check them too. Did this happen after the fall?

Hope you got yourself checked by now..

Happened to me the other way round - the tail (standby) lamp didn't work but brake lamps worked. A bulb change fixed the issue.

Biking is not about how many Km/h you put on your Speedo. It's about how many miles you put on your Odo. Ride Safe, Ride Long!

Both PSD and Zapper Q have been 110 mm ones. 120 needs a chain guard cut/removal and I didn't want that.
                    [110 is a direct fit]

The rear brake light switch was loosened, got it fixed.. The front brake switch is also effected as said by service guys.. Will fix that once I change the whole left hand side, need to replace the racer (handle ball-bearing)..

Will try incorporate all the above in my insurance claim (100% on everything including plastic).. Hope by 22nd it works out...

Yes got myself checked!! Nothing serious, just tonsil swelling... Recovering fast...

any idea where the centrifugal oil filter is located? the manual says it should be cleaned every 4k kms and just completed 30K kms on the bike, any replacements that you guys suggest.

Beside clutch assembly. You have to open the right side crank case to access it.

I don't think the service guys did that cleaning till date. Does any of the other members are doing this and how is the cleaning going to effect the engine.

I would suggest you to do that. The centrifugal filter traps micro metal particles. Clogging of this might lead to poor oil circulation. Clearing this would ensure free oil circulation in side the engine. That is what I know. Somebody correct me if you know better.

                                A little off topic..

While at work today.. i was too bored working hard.. so i was going through Google and saw few dismantling of bikes and i wanted to dismantle a bike.. and I did..

Dismantling the fairing was the next difficult task to removing the engine.. could easily get a crack..

Few pics below during the process..

                                Hope you guys like it..

Now pls dont kill me or ban me for this insane raping and ripping apart of the bike..
