      Changed front brake pads myself under my mech's supervision! Will do it myself next time onwards.

      Rubber washers look like this brothers. Either you buy them or cut out used tube.

        If you go to any Hardware shop and ask for the Tap washer (Waterman Make), you will get both Black and Transparent Nylon washer like the one in Picture...

          thats the drain hole(connected to the one near tank cap)...should be ideally connected to the pipe..

                    Ha ha ha hu hu... Bhai jaan, those are drawn by hand on paper. This one was done on PC with a mouse.

                          If bike turns off while changing gears, what does it indicate? My bike does that once in a while.

                            It might simply be a matter of adjusting the clutch cable properly.

                              That was what I was facing. It's the fuel injector. Get it cleaned. If still not solved, then it is the fuel pump. Also get the ignition coil checked.

                                I did face similar experience with my motorcycle since last couple of weeks while changing the gear from neutral it did turned off or downshifting from 5th gear it turned off as far as i could recollect it happened nearly about 4 times but just want to avoid any future trouble, though my bike is 20 days old nearly 800 KM's on odo, did the first servicing last week however yesterday the issue reappeared, any clues? or need to clean the fuel injector as Abhi mentioned.
