Thanks for the diagram sir, makes things much clear. BTW, I forgot mentioning an important thing. Abhi's tank has rust build up in it. Rust was also found in the filter near the injector.
Secondly, please refer the rough sketch below.

In Abhi's bike, metal outlet # 2 was not connected at all with its pipe! What is that meant for?

Hey buddy.. but the charging capacity of zma is much less compared to zmr.. if i dont find zmr RR Unit, i guess i will have to place order for it

In that case, I've read that CBR 250R has a 250+W gadgetry and Duke 390 has a 238W setup, exact same as our bike. P.S - I have only read the same online and cannot justify the same.

That tube is the drain hole connects to a hole around the Petrol tank Lid. when you open the tank lid you will see a hole on the left side on the rim, which is for draining the Water accumulated during rains, or water wash..the hole is internally connected to the metal tube you referred, and at exit from the tank will be connected to a rubber hose which will be routed close to the chasis tube to ground for letting out water to the ground.

Ok, so not connecting it shuoldn't pose problems right?

Also, while reading stuff on Honda CRF230, came across these products online.

That's a hefty 16000 at the minimum. I guess its safer when compared to RC's FFE. No, I'm NOT even thinking of this, just thought of sharing.

When it rains the water from the tube will fall on the engine casing...Why compare with RC parts ? you know they are Bullshit . If you want, you design your own slip on and with two or three trials will get something better .
The advertised product claim seem dubious..."will make 2~5 HP increase"....and same exhaust for CRF 150 and CRF 230 ?

My biggest wory is lack of spares for zmr. All bikes in our country are prime movers we dont want to get struck with such simple spares like o-ring seal , rr unit , air filter etc.
For chexking injectors. Remove the wiring harness of the injector and set multimeter to ohm and test the resistance, it will be in he value 15-17 ohm. Anything more or less than that is a issue, try taking resistance before starting and also fully warmed up.

RR unit is something that people don't expect failing often, hence we don't keep them with us always. All other spares you mentioned are available off the shelf.
Also, a layman doesn't know about this and hence they get tensed. Else, everyone one would have been a DIY guy/girl. No SVC/mech was needed.

True. My dad's scooty was givig trouble for few days. Self was not working, horn failed. He decided to replace the battery but I said let me test. He took his ride out to buy groceries and came back pushing the scooty complaining its not starting. When I started it started but the moment I touched the brake engine stopped. Pulled the multimeter hooked the battery showed 8v. Started the bike and voltage was going down steadily. Thought rr unit was gone. I wiggled the rr unit connector pin and voltage start to raise to 13.5v. Later pulled the socket out and gave a good clean. Now no battery replacement is needed. I will do most of the work myself be with car or bike unless needed due to lack of tools.
Does piaggio rr unit work for zmr. Its quite powerful unit. Also ninja braided steel hydraulic brake hose fits zmr?

Thats exactly what i was going to ask. Someone suggested the same to me.. will the APE RR unit fit in zmr?? If yes, its going to be the best investment as j heard it will cost us not more than 1500.. where as the zmr RR unit is gonna cost me ~2500/-

Will it fit? If yes. Where can i find the piaggio RR unit??

and is it a direct fit??

You can get Front Brake HEL Braided lines. You can check. Around 3400rs.

On the net zmr alternator is 188w capacity. Not sure what is the actual capacity.
