Anyone has any idea on what might be the cost for getting the brushes replaced?

Depends. Not sure what kinda brushes they use, but the self start motor wala can help you with this. again [MENTION=32286]psr[/MENTION] sir is the best person to contact regarding this. also [MENTION=14688]veryhiphop[/MENTION] too

Immediately. Actually, I park my bike inside the basement, hence I wasn't able to make out the sound change. I could make the difference next morning.

okie... am all excited about it..

by the way won't the service center guys find out that the snorkel is missing when I leave my bike for service?

They may or they may not. While giving it to them, fix it back. Takes 2 min. After the service, pull it out!

The sound increases after particular RPM. just like how it sounds with the KnN

what glue to use while putting it back

No Need of any glue. just put it back in place.. i actually don't remember at which RPM but definitely near 3K or less.

beyond 3k or even further??

No glue needed. It has slats designed that will get aligned with the plastic hole near the air filter. Regarding that sound, it starts from 2.5k and sounds good till 6k RPM. Post that, it sucks.

No. No and. No.. the zmr was manufactured with the help of Honda. The technolgy used in zmr is of Honda. So no..

by the word sucks do you mean it gets too noisy or it is not nice to hear??

How does a flat/broken speaker sound at high volume? A sound that's loud but irritates you due to the distorted speaker.
That kinda sound comes.
