was at the kanyakumari National Highway was already cruising at 90 to 100 and this avenger guy flew past easily.... so I held back the throttle and the bike did not budge beyond 120

Well.. you are smart.. but why didn't you play around with the clutch?? Since he was already doing high speeds, he was able to cruise at that same speed. You were already crusing at 100 and it will definitely take time to reach the top end.. i usually do 85-90 when on highways if i wanna acheive top speed.. doing 110 in 4th..

Once I did a 155 on my over geared A160 FI and the camshaft rod broke off

I used to run it in 4th till 110 to ~115 (variable) so Kinda worried abt tat..

You forgot to mention Speedo Reading

by the way. yes. the chances for the bike to get screwed is high but i don't do that often. Once in a while I used to do. These days i don't torture my black pearl.

One should red-line once in a while. Helps remove carbon build up in the engine. All the more, it serves as an excuse to have a blast on the highway.
I red-line few times every 500-700 kms as a self imposed rule. Else, I'm a sedate rider who loves the 85-95 kmph range. I rarely do 100s.

Just got fixed a black tint paper in the front vizor, there were a lots of scratches on it... Check the details:

Update the front brake fluid with Castrol Dot4, but when checked the rear brake fluid was surprise found that it's already Dot4.... Figured it our from the colour, does Dot3 has same colour as Dot4??? Is it possible to have Dot4 in rear set???

Yes, DOT 2,3,4,5 can have the same color! Its not necessary that a red colored brake fluid would always be DOT 4.

Also, my bike came with DOT 4 as stock for both brakes.

How to figure out whether it's Dot3 or Dot4 except from the colour...??? The service guy told that the rear is Dot4 and front was Dot3....

Now how to figure out now??

Lol, we can't! Its just what is written on the bottle. So, we can't determine a filled fluid's grade.

Then what to do?? Trust the SVC guy and don't change the rear oil or just force him to change to the oil Dot4... I still have a lot of oil left with me, bought a 250ml castrol Dot4 oil....

Just used Castrol Gel greasein all parts...

Ohh yes forgot to mentioned changed the handle racer, completed 24.5K with the stock one... Used the gel grease while lubricating and feels great, used in disk assembly section, rear suspensions and etc....

Feels like butter smooth, did any one used it earlier??

I've used white lithium grease. The advantages of grease over gear oil or any other oil is that it'll last more. But, only use it for screw-less points. Don't use it over nuts & bolts. Otherwise, they'll just slip out.
I used it as an anti-rust agent & sprayed it over a couple of nuts. Next day some of the nuts had loosened up while some of them had their inner rubber washers slipping & protruding out from the side. This led me to buy WD40.
@Divyasharan do u hv pics of how u damped ur fairing vibrations? Will be vry helpful.

Hero Engine oil is useless. After 800km, slight engine tappet noise is appearing. myt be also bcoz of low fuel level. Only 2 bars. Hv to check.
Also, some tiny vibration sounds are coming from my bike. Any possible sources from where they come in ZMR & how to fix??? Any help wud be appreciated.

Get the rear oil changed too for peace of mind. Also, fresh oil would do its duty well.

Sorry bro, XBHP search isn't working. I'm unable to find my own post which has pics of where I put the tapes/tubes.
Hint that I can give you is:
1. Use tubes rather than tape. Use it as a washer between all joints of the fairing.
2. Tube the sides of the console.
3. Avoid M Seal/Fevquik etc at all costs. One can use Araldite for broken plastic parts though. P.S - Leave the "joined" plastic parts to dry for at least 10 hours after applying Araldite. Dry in shade.
