        Ok.. where do you stay in Delhi?? Try contacting Pashupati motors in Adchini.. they might be able to help you.. if you reside anywhere near anand vihar, you can check up with shaib motors near sahiabad.. you can get thw bike registered in delhi if you have the residence proof in delhi..

          Bro... Iam staying in vikaspuri.... Also if ur staying in delhi... Could u pls check abt the color and also are they charging for helmet...

          I just hate this policy from hero showroom, they are charging for 675 rs for a helmet which is mandatory, but the original cost of that helmet is worst rhan 200rs helmet.

            Yesterday evening get my battery checked...thru meter is showing fine .....

            Inquired about new battery (Exide VRLA) it shall cost 1500 after deducting 100 Rs for old battery...now the battery is coming with 2 year warranty..instead of 1.5 years in earlier models....

              I stay in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.. I will check up near the Shaib motors regarding the orange color and their policies..

              Regarding the helmets.. All the showrooms have this stupid policy.. i paid extra 500 and got the studds ninja from there itself.. Try to negotiate.. ask them if they have better helmets and say i will pay the remaining..

              When you say through the meter it is fine.. what do you mean?? what was the ratings it was showing there when load was applied.. besides.. get it checked when you are cranking with the self and see how low the battery goes.. [MENTION=32286]psr[/MENTION] and [MENTION=41586]Divya Sharan[/MENTION] have better knowledge on this than me..

                By fine, do you mean the reading on the multimeter was >= 13.5V DC? Did you crank the bike with the multimeter connected? Any dip/spike in voltage?

                    Yes was showing > 13 v....also start the bike several times with headlight/indicator on and there was no major change in voltage....

                    Does < 13.5 v means battery is about to die...battery comes with 12 v i assume less then 12 is not a good sign...please suggest...

                      No, less than 12V is a sign of worry. A healthy battery would show results as you saw. Full charge should take it close to 14V, but that would take its own sweet time.
                      Your battery seems proper.
