Can't post them bro. Basically, cut tire/cycle tube in the shape of washers and place them at every bolt location for better damping.

Observed one peculiar prob yestrday. I check my tire pressures once in 2 weeks. Yesterday, when I switched allegiance to a new tirewalla, I noticed dat the rear tire pressure increased to 45 psi!!! On the contrary, the front reading was ok.
Also, whenever over potholes, I've noticed sound comes from the front part- I think the console. Will hv to damp it when I go for servicing in jan end. Moreovr, bike is not ridable nowadays owing to the weather.

Just to remind, tappets should be adjusted when the engine is completely cold, and with piston at TDC in compression stroke.

Thats going to be difficult for me the service center is about 7 kms from my house. I guess I will have to let the bike cool down for about 30 minutes and then get it a wash and ask them to adjust it. Thanks for letting me know

In case if you are not finding it, go to Shell India Website and take the regional number and call them. Tell them that its not available. They would definitely help you.

When you touch the engine, there should not be any warmth, it should be cold. Once I waited for 5 hours for the engine to get normal.

WIth regular use bike feels smoother and more responsive. Presently using in JOY, CBZ EXTREME, and pleasure with good results. And regarding oil then let me add here i have used both VEEDOL SWIFT 10W 40 and SHELL AX7 for considerable time in my Joy. Both are excellent oils while the VEEDOL swift scores a little better rating. I have once ridden my Joy on the swift for 5k kms without changing and oil didn't show that it was time for replacement. If anybody can get Veedol SWIFT then use and then report here, you all will be very satisfied.

[AB] Yes the retailer was suggesting me to use Veedol Swift 10W40 as an replacement for AX7, he tried to convince me that it's a good oil and atleast it's at par with AX7.. I have told to get hold of AX7 some how and will pick all the bottles when they are available...

So according to you Veedol Swift is a good substitute... Anyone else have used in ZMR??

You will not get SHELL AX7 in Kolkatta now as the distributor in eastern zone has ceased to function and thus no new supplies of Shell oil. The same here in Bhubaneswar as no supply, this has been confirmed by my retailer friend as no distributors presently in eastern zone.
[AB] Same reason told to me from my retailer....

Ahhh.. but you seem to forget.. it is winter here in Delhi it is well below 7 degrees in the morning. so that will cool down the engine a bit faster. I don't think I will have to wait for 5 hrs.. besides.. the water wash will keep the bike cool by then had I been in Chennai, I would have had to wait for more than 5hrs like you had to wait in AP. as the temperatures there will only heat up the engine more
