Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
If it's a stock 35W bulb, then it can be kept so for about a minute or two i guess. After which it may effect the battery... Nevertheless, prevention is always betterOriginally posted by kmk0311 View Post

Yes. WHY take chances is my question.Originally posted by abhi7013 View PostIf it's a stock 35W bulb, then it can be kept so for about a minute or two i guess. After which it may effect the battery... Nevertheless, prevention is always better
Imagine a situation where he'd change to a higher rated bulb somewhere in the future and still had the habit of keeping it switched on when the engine was off. Battery killed

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
I like the pulsars in this regard. The headlights shut off automatically after a given time, and even the engine does not crank once it's on. In our bikes, even if the engine is on and you crank it, the self-start motor runs. Risky..Originally posted by kmk0311 View PostYes. WHY take chances is my question.

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
Guys, Posting my experience of buying a new helmet. I hope it might be helpful to u ppl.
Just bought this SparX buck king helmet from bikegear.in for Rs. 6400/- including shipping from Jaipur to Ghy, Assam. Awesome helmet I must say. So so lightweight & feels so solid compared to my earlier Steelbird lid. I'm 100% satisfied wid the purchase.
Observations:
Just came from a ride. Quoting my observations abt the lid.
1. Awesome fit & finish,
2. Super awesome noise reduction (Around 3x more silent than my earlier Steelbird helmet),
3. Superb ventilation- Don't feel hot @ all,
4. So lightweight (Around 70% lighter than my earlier lid)
Conclusion:
Fully satisfied.

Yeah!! I've accidentally pressed the starter switch twice while I was riding and the bike started giving weird vibrations.Originally posted by abhi7013 View PostI like the pulsars in this regard. Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
I prefer less Electronics hence less problem/failure in future . I guess only 2 things we have to keep in mind which is very easy .likeOriginally posted by abhi7013 View PostI like the pulsars in this regard. 1. waiting for 30 second if bike don't start in 1st crack
2. switching off indicator, headlight while starting or in ideal which can be easily seen from console.

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
Its an exact copy of the old LS2 helmet. Better, get a CROSS or LS2 itself. chaosaddict can help you with his helmet's pics.Originally posted by NITIN SHARMA View PostAnd howzz this designer helmet from Vega......
Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
If just the headlight (not the entire fairin) part of the old zmr is a direct fit on the new....im going to buy the zmr with my eyes closed....
I am lookin forward to buy a bike....confused between zmr and ns.....more inclined towards zmr due to refinement and trouble free nature....but the facelift version looks really bad is a step backwards in my opinion....
Lol the fornt looks like the face of a predator from the movie series....
