They said the new bikes are vib free compared to our series (Plastic Particles) and the acceleration is far better.. The bike weighs less than our bikes and they are hitting the showrooms real soon.. I am gonna have a test ride as soon as the bike appears in the showroom I am just wondering whether they might have remapped the ECU and if it will be available to fit in our bikes.. You know, better performance. I don't think any other major changes in the new bike other than better tuning and better quality plastic.. Also, I am waiting to see the Sprockets.. My Guess is, they are going to have the same size as the current models but rest assured, the bike is a much better performer than the current models..When asked about the pricing, they haven't got a clue about it. If anyone is waiting to buy a ZMR, my suggestion would be wait for the new lot I was getting tempted to exchange my bike when the mechanics were explaining about the acceleration of the bike..
The new bikes that are ready to be launched has many a difference than the old ZMR. Some of the differences are like:-1. Bike is lighter and less bulky, and also the plastics are stronger than the current models.2. Wider tyre and also a hard suspension that from Extreme with revised damping will take care of handling stability issue. The major changes are in the engine:-1. The pistons now runs thinner rings and more stronger rings to minimize friction and make the engine smooth and rev happy.2. The camshaft has a different profile and has more lift than previous model.3. The ports have been redesigned for better flow of gases. 4. The injector now has more flow than the previous model and pumps more fuel.5. The throttle body is bigger and in carb model it runs bigger carb.6. The sprocketing is slightly short with 2 more tooths at rear for taking the added width of 110 mm tyre and also for harnessing the engine rev happiness by touching the redline even in top gear like the Extreme.7. As usual the ECU or the CDI( carb) has been reprogrammed to let the engine better harness the characteristics of engine.Expect the new model to have a true top speed of 138 kph.As per my source then thats a secret as i got the info from same person that trains the engineers from regional office in the headquaters. And rreneav1987- Will send you another personal message with all details and will also send my phone number. Thanks for your phone number. Also @divyasaran, will send you all the details.

The problem could be with battery and the charging rectifier

also it could be due to moisture build up, did you park over night in cold conditions?

i also experienced the same problem(tak-tak sound from relay and blackout) a year ago but that problem i faced when i replaced the battery of my bike to a new one
for rectifying the problem when my bhaiya took the bike to a mechanic by manually starting it but on reaching there the problem was solved
the mechanic said the problem was because the new battery was not a charged one and got charged after the drive( my bhaiya drives very fast might be bcoz of that)

so if this is applied to ur case problem seems to be in the battery only

Shouldn't be a problem. How old is your bike and the battery?? I had this sorta issue right from day 10 after i left the bike for first service..

Changing the battery will fix the problem and if the battery is still under warranty get it changed at free of cost..

Cheers,
