At 78k on odo, the stock swing arm bushes lasted for quite a good time, considering my off-road riding habits.

Snehith, the swing-arm bushes for ZMA and ZMR are different, ZMR being bearing type. I heard with many people that it would cost around 1500 for ZMA.

Phanikar, the P150 option seems to be attractive. I will explore this option.

That's what we're discussing here. Few people have somehow managed to fit the 120 section tire without touching anything.
      Ya right Bro
But even if u somehow fit it, it's risky especially during long rides, off roading, punctures, low air pressure etc
      Wat do u say????

ZMR has a needle bearing in which the collar pivot sits...so this setup costs less...

        2 X Collar pivot : 34 bucks each
2 X Needle Bearings : around 150 each IIRC (Have to be pressed in lathe)

In ZMA there are 2 bushes on each side along with the collar pivot and each of this bush cost around 300 bucks...

so it goes like this for ZMA

        2 X Collar Pivot - 45 bucks each
        4 X bushes - 300+ each
Dust caps - 20 bucks each.

@ravi@17bhp garu, I had tagged you few pages back when I changed this set up

I find 120 section a bit too much for the bike. I'm happy with 110. No such issues.

I've had a couple of minor skids with the Zoom F and R as well, under hard braking, but the bike was more controllable, compared to the way it would instantly lose line when the Zapper Y was used. The advantage is that they were not fishtailing when I tried them out in the rains. They're not an outstanding set of tyres like say the M45 that everyone has praised no end, but for the price, they're very good indeed.
Thanks for the inputs AK3D and Jay bhai. The problem here is, I am not getting TL versions of the Zoom (rear) here. Every shop I visited gave me a confused/lolled/angry look (if I persisted) :P when I asked them for tubeless Zoom. Here the least price quoted is : INR 2050/- Snapdeal is selling it too but I am not sure of right product delivery.
For the front I feel Zapper FS is good enough. I do not wish to change it for now.

The mechanic adjust these(don't know its name) on both side.
After adjustment my side stand takes more space than before.
*Make sure you don't have bend Fender or swing arm

                    Gudevening All..!!
Done with my first service today at 660+ kms.
Gear shifts are a little smooth now.
Told the service incharge about tappet sound issue which increases as the bike heats up, but the issue was left unresolved.
Spoke to the Service GM at the showroom and he said that the engine has not yet completed the RUN-IN period so a little tappet noise is common, and advised me to get it checked in the 2nd service.

NEED LITTLE HELP FROM SENIOR'S -
Shall i get it rectified or shall i wait till the second service ??
Is it really COMMON in ZMR's (tappet sound) ??

                      First service after 660 kms?
                      How's the warranty still valid?

BTW, its tappet noise plus thin stock engine oil playing its part in traffic. Normal.

First service can be done anywhere from 500-750 kms

Hmm, my manual says 500 kms or 30 days whichever comes earlier.
