These fuses cost 15 rupees each in BLR. Easy to find these in any car spares shop. Get 5, 7.5 and 15A fuses as spares.
P.S - Honda CBR250R uses the same fuses. Just in case Hero outlet says they are out of stock. Most FI cars make do with the same. Its a universal fuse.

Replacing a 7.5 Amps fuse with 3 A will immediately blow the fuse again...a 3 A fuse rated to pass lesser current than 7.5 A....Please check if the fuse is 3 A or 30 A(30 amperes) in which case the fuse will never blow under fault conditions also and cause wire harness to melt....

A very silly question. Can a fan be fixed to our radiators? I had seen a pic of someone who had done it. I dont know if its here or not. He had used the cooling fan of a mother board from the cpu.

I don't understand why this SVC guys don't care for our bikes .I had left my bike for service on friday without a scratch and received with many scratches....They just park our bikes as they do with a 100cc normal bike.
Meanwhile I had given the bike for a paid service and asked for a oil change.Later when i checked the bill it is given as 4T oil rather than regular hero oil .I had a fall few months back and all the right fairing was changed. My SVC guy (from where i bought the bike) said there was no problem with the fork as such. But in the last service (here in bangalore),the SVC guy is saying that there is a noticeable bend in the fork as well as cone set is gone and has to be repaired/replaced.But i din't had much problem with the front forks till now.
Should i go with removing the bend in the fork??? Wont that make any problem later??
Can the tapet be adjusted without oening the front fairing???.Because i had asked him to adjust it as my bike is now like R15 V1,no power till 4K and then a sudden surge which throws u back and am sure that he dint open the fairing.First experience with SVC in Bangalore..Really BAD.

It refers to setting tappets to their pre-defined clearance limits for proper actuation of other mechanical components.

                          Not worth it.

                          1. Its a puny fan and would hardly cool anything.
                          2. Being an air cooled setup, you'd be blowing back the hot air itself to the engine/radiator.
                          3. Improper wiring may cause failures/blowouts in the circuit.
                          4. Direct wiring from battery would lead to that fan running all the time. Additional load on the battery.

That is not exactly how zmr or zma tappets work(as shown in the picture). They don't have a pushrod mechanism. In zma the camshaft lifts the tappets which in turn lifts the valves.
