I think you should think long term & refrain from taking a hasty decision..whichever way it may be..

his suggestion was to wait for 6 months atleast before purchasing

I can even think about the Pulsar 375 as it comes with full faired.. but I just don't trust Bajaj yet

The issues I am facing with my ZMR is increasing by the day and ASC is unable to resolve them. An engineer from the company is supposed to inspect my ZMR, so I was wondering whether the quality of parts has degraded post the separation from Honda!! In my case, I find no reason to believe otherwise. Bajaj is at least moving forward at pace that's just about right for the market. Hero is moving at a pace similar to Microsoft, but I hope it doesn't go the same way.

Naah, on the contrary; quality has improved post split!
Plastics are better. RVMs are better (harder material). Engine is the same, so same internals. They still source all mechanical components from the same vendors as earlier.
All in all, a better package now.
Your issue isn't with the quality of parts for sure. (Darn I sound exactly like a fan boy

)

Lets see what the engineer has to say.

D390 with 44bhp doesn't have such a good top end.. thats what is stopping me..

let aside al these bro.. Are yu prepared for the mileage D390 wil return, coz i dont think it would exceed 20-22kmpl !!

You might have ample reasons to trust P375 when it comes out.. coz if reports are to be believed, the next gen pulsars are no longer going to be overbored previous ones.. instead they would have KTM tech as base.. the same change could be noticed with Pulsar NS which is drastically different than regular Pulsars.. Common sense says that P375 is not going to be a daily commuter bike & Bajaj would therefore target a relatively smaller customer segment for it.. So there is every reason why Bajaj would provide way better quality with a hefty rise in P375 price too (than the cheap P220). Wait n Watch

Point to be accepted.. now that KTM is with Bajaj.. Their quality will be almost similar.. but to make it a little cost effective (VFM) they will have to give up on the superior quality that the KTM has to offer on the Duke390..

Well.. I really don't care about the avg as long as i get a decent performance fig.. for mileage i always will have my ZMR

best in its segment

Since the test mules are on road test, I guess they may be launched during Dushera. Usually new launches, face lifts will be done during festive season like Dushera and Diwali as manybpeople would prefer to own during this season.

According to a reliable source, it will just be a face lifted Karizma ZMR and ZMA, so please don't expect too much brothers. The power output will be more or less the same.

That could be a ZMA...half faired...and new fairing...judging by the RVM..it now on faring...current ZMA has faring bolts at handle .....

I think in coming months bike will be in market....
