Yes, the pilot lamp looks bright white that headlight will shy down in yellow! . It will be interesting to look at night how well it goes with the headlight.

some of the bulbs i checked yesterday are in dark blue color...which i assume will produce an blue light...

Does Philips X-extreme vision has a white light as Osram NB...

Also, yesterday searching for both bulbs i could not found here at our local shop...can i buy them online..any suggestion...
Osram and Philips are good brands for headlight no doubt. Osram NB is good but I was told that the life fades quicker than Philips even though it has a bluish white tinge output. On the other hand, Philips X-treme Vision is not white light but bright thin yellowish which is good for all terrain. Beam throw and intensity is much better than Philips X-treme, however, cannot comment when compared to Osram NB as I have not used.

To buy Philips X-treme Vision:- You'll need to approach the Philips dealer and it comes with a price of 600/- on the single pack. Try out this option before you want avoid purchasing from online it looks expensive to me.

Cheers!

Give them a " HELL YA " , is it got jammed during servicing , then its all their responsibility , meet the Workshop Manager , tell him if they still deny then go to HH web fill a complaint with details & mention cleared that " At the time of servicing they screwed with my ZMR got my mirror damaged & now they telling get the bike out from here as it is , we will not take responsibility & the things they told " this will help you...

The opposite of your scenario had happened to my friend. His bike's left rear view mirror became too loose and even after tightening the screw multiple times used to become loose and wave in air as per its on wish .Fed up with the nuisance caused by the rear view mirror he asked for replacement,They told as new ZMR's rear view mirror are body colored they need special order to procure them and they have already ordered it.They gave this statement for 1 month,He got frustated and shouted at his peak on the manger and as well as on the owner of SVC.Then they gave rear view mirror from the new lot ZMR's which had then Just arrived to the SVC . Cannibals !!!

The fundamental problem for all manufacturers is that the correct and exact information is not passed to the SVC also, hence which are replacement and which are not covered in Warranty is not clear.

This ambiguity creates a confusion and @ times though SVC or Showroom changes it but they are charged back by Company, saying this in general terms. Hence they are always afraid.

One thing should also be kept in mind that making a ruckus or taking PANGA with your SVC may not be a good idea if you are going at that place regularly for SVC, Accident work and et all.

Rather maintaining a bonhomie and good relation also works wonders.
34567 kms and ZMR sold :(

Thats true, good will with service centre guys espically the technicians does wonders..But when the supervisors at svc take advantage of our good relation thinking that he will agree or wait for ages and take us granted, its better to show them "we are customers".

Yes that is the option , but i want to them order the part & replace it . And when they will say pay ----- for transportation , then will call the respective authority to ask what is this
And if i now complained @ HH.com then i know i will get my parts but they make it more delay

Absolutely true , thats why i am waiting for my parts from 3 months , but now i think thats enough

I am a touch sceptical about this touch alarms as i have seen people deliberately playing with it especially in malls n den the battery dies out... i guess simple lock and chain at night are good enough..

That's a big issue , people love to make " KAADI " by playing
Simple lock & chain is always best option , i am using it @ night , but if you go outside it is not feasible to carry it with you , that's why i think the disc lock are good, small & efficient. Looking for the disc lock without alarm , but not found any , only once i found on eby.in but it looks cheap quality.
If you came across any good disc security lock without alarm , then please let me know.
