My ASC has 1 copy of shop manual & i can get it to xerox but as i said xerox would cost more than 300 rupees for that big book but its cost is only 260 rupees , & they won't getting another copy as its a small ASC , that's why asked is anyone can get it ?
    Glad my suggestion helped...
regarding the Workshop Manual you can carry a good digital camera and take pictures of the entire manual and post it in Google

Amaron pro rider is an VRLA (Maintenance Free)....

9Ah battery can only be fit in ZMR after modification in battery cage and cable...

9Ah battery can take more electrical load of ZMR...although existing 6 Ah is also sufficient in ZMR even if you change headlight bulb to 55W

          • My ZMR's front tyres has few deep cracks ,though air is not leaking . Is it dangerous ?? Can i replace tyre under warranty ??
            I don't brake rules , I merely test their elasticity ;)

              • guys! i was at workshop...and i asked manager and mechanic about fitting of 9A battery and they said its not possible coz the battery is big ...and one side is brake fluid box and on other side is some electric circuit. ...
so they said avoid modifying it :-/
                @ DHIRAJ
how did you installed 9A battery?

                • Having ride my ZMR for very long distances lately, totalling 6500kms in last two weeks alone, in all kind of terrains, well observed a hell lot of thing about this bike.

I can say this is a very good touring machine, very comfortable, whole day of riding didn't cause any back pain or any kind of pain..

Cam chain noise was pretty evident and also the fairing noise. Engine heat felt badly too, but dissappeared soon enough, I think it is because of the 10W40 fully synthetic oil rather than the much cooler ambient temp(which is very hot in some areas). The heat which produced by engine does stick around the petrol tank due to the fairing as limited air circulation, so heat is normal from the engine but becomes abnormal due to fairings

Handling is top notch, could even lean it till my knee touches the ground even around 70kmph, off roading handling is good too, ground clearance is very smartly constructed.

Could keep the high speeds close to 100kmph for long periods of time, and this didn't caused any kind of change in engine character other than the increament of the cam noise with the heat..

Loved and enjoyed the rocket like mid range

Two big dissapointments, fairings and vibrations. The foot pegs vibrate a lot in and around 3.5k-4.5k RPM, and footpegs do vibrate from the idle to the max RPM anyways too..
Fairing makes huge noises of everykind, did almost everything I could to minimise these, but no luck. I wish HM will come up with a naked version of ZMR, the heat dissipation is the biggerst problem due to this fairing..

Overall a very good bike seems spoiled by the increased vibrations and fairings, so the joy of riding this bike really affected by these issues. Fuel efficiency also very good sometimes close to 55kmpl too..

So I enjoyed the bike only 50%, vibrations spoiled the rest..

Use Macro setting, and then half press the shutter button and after the lens complete focusing click it.

                      • Hi,
Is it possible to put dual HIDs on our bike?

Is there anyone from trivandrum/kollam here who knows good mechanics..

                        • Smelling Smoke Why it is ? A strange smell of smoke came from my ZMR , any reason why it is ? ASC guys are unable to solve it , after their failed effort they came with a sentence that it is in all ZMR . The bad luck is that there is no other ZMR at that time so i can check that .
I fill petrol from same fuel station in my all bike , but the smell only came from ZMR . So what is problematic ? Should i check for the spark plug color ?

yeah sometimes i hate the bike in traffics... too much of vibrations. But in touring no such problems only chain noise and vibrations in foot pegs... But it can take all day touring...
