Take care brother. Glad you're fine.
Get the forks checked along with cone set.

      GOOD EVENING ALL
Completed 7500+ kms on my steed this week and came back from my 4th scheduled SERVICE.
After coming back I noticed that oil cooler fins are damaged (attaching a pic). The red circles in the pic are the damaged areas.

I managed to remove the lower cowl (panels) of the bike and planing to do a DIY tomorrow. Did any of the fellow riders faced such an issue ??
If YES can i get any pointers or suggestions.

Try with a toothbrush first. Fins on the cooler are delicate but sharp. Be careful.

Thanks @Divya Sharan. I'll do that, but in a dilemma if I should trust this ASC again. May be, I 'll go to a different ASC. This time, they put in used engine oil as a replacement. I could tell it the very moment I got on my steed. Drained the oil and my suspicion was confirmed!! Their sales figures are huge, so HMC is always partial to any complaint against this dealer. You might remember the issue I had with the fuel pump.....going as far as loggerheads with the legal head of HMC.

Had fitted back that meter sensor with grease till now no sound in a short ride
I hope it won't make that sound bcoz if it was to it would have made in this short ride also
                You saved my 1500 bro

Finished my DIY (straightening the oil cooler fins). OH BOY !! it was tough.

Divya Sharan Bhai tried your way but the fins were pressed flat so hard that toothbrush was not enough to straighten them.

I tried my best but was only able to straighten 80% of them, rest are beyond repair.
Attaching a pic after my DIY.

did nothing with that just opened the front wheel bolt that long one
took out the wheel placed the meter sensor back with grease all over on inner and outer surface
and then placed everything back in position
                          done that was it
I was thinking just because of this GREASE I was riding without my meter ON
                          thanks again brother
