Frankly speaking, I meant just the bike. But after you pointing it out, it does somehow hint elsewhere too. But, you need to be tamed soon boy!

Ok, after fitting the brakes and tire back, did you rotate the wheel and then apply the sudden brakes, holding the brakes and then tightening the rear wheel axle?? I am not sure if this has anything to do with the braking just seen the mechanics do it

This sounds normal to me. Divya Sharan or ashwinprakas would be able to suggest better. I guess this happens due to the condensation of vapour or something.. I remember Divya saying this is normal..

The reason mechanics rotate the wheel and hit the brake is to correct the alignment before tightening the axle nut as physically adjusting the slack adjustment still leave room for error. Some slack may remain causing misalignment. Also it help steady the wheel making tightening of the axle nut easy.

Yes if you're running a drum brake, No if you're running a disc.
My guess is your pads are glazed. If cleaned and installed recently it needs to face with the plate for the bite to return. But just to be safe check the bleeder nut for damage from spanners used during wheel removal. I'm sure you took care to not harm it but you never know.

There are four reasons why a FI engine will run lean. The reasons are:-
                              1. Fuel filter clogged due to dirt. This in return will not allow fuel pump to suck enough amount of fuel and thus bike will run lean. With the quality of petrol available can be a cause.

                              2. Injector dirty- A dirty injector will cause improper fuel spray. ZMR has 12 hole injectors. The holes are as small as your hair. If a few holes are dirty then also it will cause improper fuel spray. Use system G for some days and it will clean, else you have to clean the injector manually from those MICO diesels or Lucas TVS shops.

                              3. MAF sensor dirty- The maf sensor is located in the throttle body. If its gets dirty it will send error in amount of air coming in the cylinder and in turn will cause engine to run lean.

                              4. O2 sensor- Remember Karizma runs closed loop at part throttle. If there is some carbon deposits on the O2 sensor in exhaust it will cause the ECU to read bike is running rich and will thus make the ECU to lean out the mixture.

Man you are always in double meaning. Get married soon otherwise you will make the new kids here dirty like you. Use your mind on your fiance after getting married.

And the real reason of rotating the wheel and stamping the brake while tightening is to make the disc or drum come in maximum contact with brake pad or shoe.
