    Hi Sri..

I'm from Bhilai and working for TCS at Hyderabad. Hope to fly in from Bhilai to HYD in my White Pearl soon once it's back on the track. I'll go with the opinion from the leads there and will be removing/replacing my stock horns with the bousch ones. Is the relay still required for 55/60 W headlamps? I'm using Philips Xtreme Vision.. Admins please suggest..

I'm using the same bulb without any relay. That's the advantage of this bulb or the Osram Night Breaker Plus -they are stock replacements. However the difference between high and low beam is less pronounced with this bulb.

        Hello Guys,

Need help in diagnosing the issue I am facing. When I start the bike in the morning, the engine is calm and feels normal. Once I start riding the bike, say after initial 10 - 15 KMs the engine sound increases and it becomes harsh. This mostly happens when I ride in the slow moving traffic. I am using NGK iridium spark plug for last 3 years. Not sure if the service center ever checked or cleaned it.

Bike was serviced at Sri Sairam Motors a month back. Any help here would be appreciated.

I currently have a projector, but I've got my eyes on this piece. Could anyone suggest a suitable place where this could be put in place either by welding the hinges or some other methods? I do not wish to remove the projector, that's why searching for places outside the HL assy..

                      Yes mate,
My bike on this condition only. Also there is heavy vibration past 80kmph and the pillion rider was not able to place the foot on the pegs.

I also want to fit something like this, and have the same question as you have- where to mount it! 😀
Can you please provide the details and specifications of the one you posted pic of? Also, if it's available online for purchase can you share the link please?

                            Check this out on Flipkart!

I was thinking of placing it in the gap just below the HL assy, and above the number plate. There are two vents on either side. I think it'll fit inside, or behind that gap, provided we remove the plastic barrier/vent. Either on the right, or the left.

Looks lean. Also plug is not seated properly. The washer should be crushed

I have now installed the NGK G Power DPR8EGP-9. Followed the guidelines in the owner's manual and gave a half turn using the box wrench after seating it by hand. Is this sufficient or shall remove and check if the washer is crushed?
