Brother, its just a paper/sticker wrap over the existing visor. Costs between 200-300 depending upon the place.

The drain hole under the tank lid is clogged. I tried putting a long wire through it, but was of no use. How do I unblock it? [MENTION=41586]Divya Sharan[/MENTION]?

This is something I wanted to try as I see no difference in the Swing arm (AFAIK). I will ask ASC guys and let you know exactly.

Open the tank, remove all fuel and do the needful. This would ensure that the pipe is actually cleaned of particles.
You can spray water at pressure after doing the above mentioned stuff and see if the water is coming out from the other end or not.

Last week i had the same issue , i tried to put a spare clutch cable, but no luck. So went to my local mechanic (works very well on HERO bikes) he took out the right side panel near the battery and removed the bend on the drain pipe and changed the position so it dosent get obstructed.

@Divya Sharan, how long have you been using the rimula? And which oil are you currently using now? Had a word with [MENTION=27501]rreneav1987[/MENTION] and decided to go for shell ax7 semi-synthetic. What do you suggest? Stick to rimula, else change to shell?

Used Rimula till a month back. 30000+ kms.
Using Shell ax7 for over 5k kms now. Decent oil. Since I tour a lot, ax7 kind of makes more sense. If you ride normally, you can take it up to 3000 kms.

Thanks bro I'll try and get it done. There are not many good mechanics near my area though. And Hero service in Chennai is really poor.
