Hero Honda Karizma ZMR

There are many covers in eBay that claim to fir ZMR but they don't actually. I got this one. Easy to carry around and does the job decently. It doesn't wrap the exhaust but that's fine as it will be too hot.

I don't know how but I found this sharp line on my super smooth tank. Got me upset.

Spoilt my mood today as I usually take great care parking and bike was inside the house only.

Anyways had a surreal night ride to Pondy on NH45/66. Osram NB was good enough I felt. Pitch black night, super smooth roads with reflectors, dazing stars above.

Gave a wash today

Will be riding back tomorrow. Will then try my com paint pen on the tank and the rear grips where the paint seems to have come off with use.

Only thing I got from the dealer with the bike was that yellow cloth for wiping dust.

I got a cover,grip covers,seat cover and a superb deal on my helmet. They were giving me a tank guard and helmet lock, but I exchanged these two for a helmet worth 1500 by paying just 200rs extra

Well it seems I got the best deal. Depends upon the place too.

I got 8 liters of petrol (yes), a seat cover, handle bar guards, a half face modular helmet (Studds Ninja 3G which I threw away later. Modular helmets suck!).
They even teflon coated the bike after PDI and wash. And it was not the teflon coating that's done in metros. It took a good while and 3 people working on it.
They used 3M wax (I guess) and then used some starch like coat (DuPont Teflon IIRC). After a vigorous 45 min, I got my shiny bike.

Wait for the newer models. They're just about to hit showrooms. Used ones are a gamble. In case you know someone who worships his vehicles and has a ZMA/ZMR for sale, then you *may* opt for it.

Please don't rub it in guys. For me getting the right colour itself was a big deal as everyone had only black or white. And guess what I paid 1000 bucks extra as other charges. They also did a so called Teflon coating for me. Well I learned my lesson. So the next time when I purchased my car I negotiated and got a better deal.

Any other sugestion, I am quite afraid that after buying the cover I discover that it's not even covering my bike's half portion. Local market product, last a couple months maximum...

Better wait for the accurate product.

I just got enough petrol to reach the nearest petrol pump not even my home (10Kms from showroom).

Nice to see others get much more than this..

No worries, you will always get a refund if it doesn't fit.

They have a lot of spare parts including STICKERS... A bit tempted to get it from here than go to the showroom, who are a bit reluctant to order.

Did you guys also get the 5 year extended warranty with your purchase? Just checking

I see most of the long timers are not following the 90 day paid service schedule... So it would probably be invalid now anyways.

Nope! They asked me for one at the time of purchase, I opted out. Moreover, I stopped visiting SVC after 5 free services. (basically after 3 free services only, rest were visits for other stuff and I got the free servicing done along)
