          • Guys,
I was away from the thread as I was sufferring from a minor accident. There were some wounds in between two of my fingers in right foot and it costed 13 stiitches.............. Nothing was serious, to me and to the ZMR........

Hope all machines are doing well now...........

I have completed 19100 KMs till today morning.........
I am really worried about my chain nowadays........it was making sounds from earlier itself....I was able to adjust as it was common for ZMA too......But the chain sound is annoying now..........it s louder than the engine knot and it's highly annoying........and as a result I am not able to have the real power out as the chain is in "loose-tight"mode............So I am planning to change the chain ASAP..........Did anyone around here change the chain and sprochet? any idea of the cost and availabilty?
started riding a motorized cycle on a chetak classic.
Learned to accelerate on Y RX100&135.
Learned not to fall down, the patience to heal wound on knee and to ride long on a classic Pulsar 150(still running)&180.....
Planning for more dream destinations on a new ZMR

As said over the IM, I changed mine at 18000 Kilometers. The power loss / change in throttle response is just because of the loose sprocket. Get it changed soon. I had to wait for 3 weeks to get a chain sprocket! It costed me around 2000 Rs including labor and stuff. Call me if you need any more info. Ride Safe.

I have test rided dazzler and liked it's engine refinement and gear box. When I stopped, first gear and clutch were engaged and I thought engine stopped. Then I put my ear on tank and realized engine is still running, I was just amazed.

I have test rided ZMR also but the funny thing is they permitted test ride within the showroom only. It was like less than 15 secs of ride that too in first gear. I don't even remember how I felt riding it. I just remember that gears required little extra effort to engage but I can live with that. Moreover as all have experienced they soften with time.

Considering the FE and test ride experience my mind is saying to go with dazzler. But my heart has already fallen for ZMR. I know it's entirely my call. Just wanted to share my thoughts.

                • Today I went to book my ZMR. Dealer told me that he is able to deliver bike today itself. Being saturday I was not able to arrange to money today itself so will take bike on monday. Is there any benefit if I wait for 15 days and take 2011 manufactured bike??

Moshin bhai I'm already in love with ZMR...
One question for you... will my warranty get affected if I cut chain guard to fit M45. I asked the dealer and explained him about cutting of chain guard. He was unsure and couldn't help me.

Also can you tell what type of jugaad tyrewala did to make tube type tyre into tubeless. I don't know if people here will be able to do that. I think if it's something difficult then I'll have to settle for zapper Q.

Congrats bro, do get bike and put pics

Warranty will not get void if chain guard is cut. IF you are in Mumbai, then michellin m45 can be made tubeless from metro tyres. Incase you are not just check with tyre shop.

If not Michellin M45, you can go in for Michellin Pilot Sporty which is a straight fit and tubeless rather than going in for the zapper Q. Pirelli sport demon is also a good option.

                            • ZMR experience - Goa ride

I have completed Mumbai to Goa & back home successfully on my ZMR.

Did in total 1322 kms of riding. I filled petrol of in total Rs.1650. Mileage was very good.

We went from Mumbai to Goa via NH4 & returned from Goa to Mumbai via NH17.

NH4 was completely straight, no turns, no corners, longer and boring. But it was more safe so hence we went from this route. ZMR did very well I had no issues at all with the bike.

NH17 a road which had only corners.. u get hairpin after hairpins, ghat n I must agree ZMR performed pretty well in corners (this is where R15 scores) & also was easy to overtake the heavy vehicles due to great mid range torque.

Overall ZMR did very well... I came back home safely.

No precaution as such, but do start bike atleast once in fortnight for maintaining battery charge.
