you're abso right, now i get why i screwed the carb ofy FIERO once cuz while cleaning the thing i must have disturbed the springs tension...

U might have stretched it for increasing tension or might have cut the same for reducing it.
There's lot to it other than saddle....

      • Alright here is small review update after 7300 kms & 9.5 months of ownership

        - After just 17 kms of riding in rains the pass switch gave away, this is ridiculous my ZMA & Pulsar faced 100s of kms in rains but nothing like this ever happened.

        - The weather is cold now & the bike does take its own sweet time to come to operating temperature, this is similar to ZMA except that the RTR often shuts down when cold refusing to start immediately. The starter works flawlessly though during the first click in morning.

        - There is an enormous sound from rear brakes during rains which I can understand, what I cant is it is random & is very loud, heck my wife can hear it loud & clear on 7th floor.

        - The bike has decent power but being a high revving one the usable power comes a bit late for city riding.

LOL, ok just that in most carbs 11 full turns would mean the screw would pop out of the carb. dunno about the rtr carb.

                              • I also faced this problem before!

Same problem here .rub the brake shoes with a sand paper to make the surface of the barke pad rough! no sound will come I am sure!
Brake pads have got polished and they aint rough so not getting any grip.So when there is friction produced Squeaking sound is coming!..
