Buddy don't know about these foolish claims. I think these figures shows that your bike will die if you will cross these figures

.My first bike was Bajaj Caliber 115 (aka Hoodibaba) huhh foolish name though. I stated riding the bike very gently, and I was that much paranoid about my bike that some times I changed the engine oil only after 500 Kms (even on chain loose sounds I serviced my bike sometimes). I was using Castrol Active 4T for my bike, which I found very successful in maintaining the engine life of my puny 112cc engine. But the bike itself was not good for me even after doing that much of hard-work it gave me a lot of trouble. Now its standing in a corner after doing 36000 Kms in 6 years. In the sixth year I started using ELF moto 4 Gold which was also good.
But the conclusion of the story is, these mineral oils are good but for less extreme conditions and less than 2k Kms. My run on my new RTR is around 100 Kms daily, I dont ride the bike at full clip all the time but riding in the rage of 60-80 is obvious. I am thinking about changing oil after every 2000 Kms which can give my engine a longer life, because I know I will not have money for a new bike at-least for 2 years from now.
