Just get the engine mounting bolt checked/changed i have also suffered that problem. The bolt is located inside the front sprocket cover there are two bolts mostly the lower on tends to break or loose. and the problem is solved.
Never upgrade without getting your basics RIGHT.

              • Front Tyre changed.

Finally, yesterday I got the front tyre changed to IRC 90/90-17 (Model Code: NF53).
                http://www.triadinternational.co.in/.../NF53&NR67.jpg

After changing, the handle wobbling is eliminated which was evident at speeds between 50~55KmpH.
Even though the profile is same as stock, but I feel as if the trail is changed and I wasn't feeling much confident while trying leaning.

                        • i own a 160FI...can anyone tell me if i can change the stock stator coil to that of avenger180 ???? i mean is it a direct fit ???i do a lot of 2lane highway riding at night and want some more light off my stead

p.s.: i have already installed a 55/60 philips bulb in the headlight and 2 3watt pilots along with a 30% extra fog light. currently i am extracting aroung 116watt(55w headlight + 55w fog + 3x2 pilots ) instead of the stock 45watt (35w headlight + 5x2 pilots). this takes a toll on the battery. i dont use the fog always though.

                          please help

Sure, will post the pics before evening (Tread Pattern is similar to stock one).

It costed me for Rs.1320 (fitting included).

And moreover, the dealer has given a 4 year guarantee on it. I wonder if it goes on for this long...
