    Ok... The thing is U might know Razorblades from Mumbai?? I saw his bike... First batch RTR 160... It effortlessly touches 12k rpm and stays there... He does close to 110 in 4th gear and hera I am, an RTR180... Top speed 121 at most... On highways it gets frustrating really...

    Planning to go to the scv tomo... Wanted to get some hint as to wat I might expect the problem to be...

          I have quit caring about aesthetics/looks from long time.

            me too reseraching on good wax and have been reading many huge car detailing threads on t bhp . seems the waxpol carnauba based one is best , orange can and costs around 100 . the waxpol glo is supposed to be bit abrasive . i am also going to buy this as it has been nearly 3 years and few scratches are there .

              Ya ya, i know, Mr.Gopinath! Mine is from the 1st lot too. has done 63k kms till now. Mine does kiss the 12k mark too....but now with a bit of struggle! get the AFR checked too.

                Best oil for my Apache 160

                I drive 5-10 kms a day. Is it must to give my apache to service every 3 months or can i give it after i complete 2500kms. My current odo reading is 1900. About to give it for 3 rd service within a week.
                Also tell which is best oil for my apache 160 so that it does not vibrate too much and exhaust should sound good.

                      Never use any polish on black parts. They will become dull whitish if exposed to sunlight.

                        why will black bikes turn dull ? how was your experience with waxpol ,the orange tin one ? how long does the shine last ?

                          Darn! TPS throttle cable snaps again. This is the 3rd cable in 4 months! onder whats wrong! Now TPS aint working and its no fun riding!

                              Hi man... My bike's problem was with the Valve timing... Thats why the Hiccups at high rpm... The Svc guy adjusted it yday and now the bike s kissin 12k too... Phew... One headache over...
