I am thinking to buy Apache RTR 160 FI.
I got to know it is good for city rides. But is it good for long rides ?

you can go for RTR 160 Hyper edge or RTR 180
RTRs arent the best for touring but you will get used to it soon. Even after getting used you would have to take breaks to stretch yourself every 200kms

Some people here have taken the Fi to leh and back proving that it's a better tourer than most may imagine. The somewhat aggressive riding posture may put more than comfortable strain on the back, neck or wrists and may not suit everyone though.Comment

Sales guys give a lot of BS to sell what they have in stock. One of the members here told me that the sales guy was bashing the Fi in order to sell him the regular rtr just because he didn't have the fi in stock. And this was when the Fi had recently been launched. The only way to confirm for sure about Fi production is to check with someone in the company itself. I think the LCD is not sold separately. You will have to get the entire speedo assy. Might cost around 2500-3500rs. Try asking you TVS mech for any broken 180 speedo.Originally posted by nileshtambe View Post07 HH Zma
