The bike doesn't have any accessories. It's in stock condition.

This all started one rainy day , a year back.
Came back home riding on the rain. Next day, had a sticky relay due to which the starter wouldn't stop cranking even after removing the key. Ultimately the battery died.
Took it to SVC and they replaced the relay and chnaged the battery.

Post that it's all been downhill with the battery discharging issue getting worse data by day.

also get the rectifier checked and measure the voltage at idle and at some rpm. it can be the battery not getting charged hence getting drained over sometime.
also do you have any extra attachments ? extra lamps, horns , HID etc

Any battery does not last more than 24 hours. It gets discharged completely. Leading me to push start the bike every time I have to stop. Irrespective if I have ridden it for even 50kms continuously

It seems something is discharging the battery even after the bike is locked.
After standing for max 2 hours the self check doesn't work, the display doesn't come on.

Please can someone help advise what could be the problem. I understand it is electrical problem but am unable to pinpoint it.
    Have change relay, all fuses.

Took it to SVC(/khivraj) but they just topped up the battery and gave it back.

The bike has killed 2 Amaron, 1 exide baterries.( lucky they were in warranty)

New fuel filter, costs 50 bucks and work better than original filter.
This doesn't seem like a 220's filter. And surprising thing is that you are using a clear thin plastic tube with the filter. On a pulsar 220 Fi you need heavy duty fuel lines to cope u with the high pressure created by the fuel pump, other wise the pipe will burst spraying petrol all over the place. So plz change the pipe as soon as possible.

You need to order it from Bajaj and play the waiting game...
I'll try finding the harness @ different service centers, this weekend. Let's hope for the best.

Regarding the wiring harness, when we were looking for one for an Fi, the SVC guys said that you need to tell them which year's model was the bike. Eventually we stripped the harness from the bike and were roaming around Delhi from one SVC to another like beggars. Eventually we found what we were looking for in Karol Bagh!!!
Lucky You..! I hope that I get the harness this weekend.

They say that the spares for FI including harness was easily available upto 2013 and now it has become quite tough to get them. What should I do now? :| Quite frustrated.
