Dosent it increased back height and put extra pressure on front shockers ?? I am seriously thinking about this mod.

They do all sorts of mileage experiments on each service but wont let you know what all they did to the settings
I agree. Service people are just there to fleece us for nothing !! When I went for first service, service advisor included chain Treatment of Rs.350 and engine flush treatment of Rs 400 on my estimated service bill without asking me !! When I protested and make them know that they cannot force me to get these things done , then only they accepted. Even then they sprayed some useless chain spray on chain and it acted just like dust magnet. I am good with my 90 Grade gear oil for chain lubing.

Specifically told them not to TOUCH AFR and idle settings of my bike.

I never went to the service center except the first free service that too because of some wrong intention.
After that i'll do all the electrical & some small problems.

No bro it'll decrease the height when you go with pulz shocks.

Ya Honda engines are rocking even after 3yrs. At this duration bajaj or TVS engines may almost reach the death.

Today after 36k Kms, changed the front tyre to a new one. Same MRF zapper FS 70/100. The next size available was michelin 90/90 but I didnt want to lower the handling with a wider front tyre. This new same size tyre itself has made the bike more stiff. It is like grabbing onto the road while the old finished tyre was so easy to go zig zag, but was scary at corners. ANyway 1450 for this and now almost all the major maintenance on my bike for a few months is over. Both tyres new, new brakes, sparks, sprocket and chain, air filter and only oil change is due in about 2k kms. Also the speed indication has changed by about 4km/hr for the same RPM due to the new tyres. Earlier speedo used to show lesser speeds, so I used to go a bit faster than mileage speeds. The changed tyre was bald like an egg but it never punctured during this 3 years 36k kms with so much of offroad driving.

I'm a bit hesitant to do self modification,as I'm inexperienced. Also since my ride is new,my father advised me,not to do any self-modifications for instance.I know the theory part, but never have I put it into practice.I know,it's just a matter of that start & after that I'll get going.Hopefully,I'll be doing it soon.By the way,I didn't get DIY.What's it?

If you know the basics like changing engine oil,you can start self service as no mechanics are good now a days and they doesn't take your problems seriously.
Take 12mm bit spanner attached to a L rod and open the engine oil drain bolt, let it drain for 15-20 mins...
Then close the bolt and put the new oil...With this basic you can start...Next air filter cleaning.....oil filter changing etc..
              DIY is Do It Yourself

These days my ride is having a jerky throttle response. When I open the gas,the bike picks up with an underpowered jerk initially & gets normal. This defect shows up in all the 4 gears.I don't think this is normal.

I changed rear shoes at 32k. On removal and inspection, they werent even half worn but were 3 years old and braking response had reduced even after sanding with sandpaper, so bought a new set. Since it is a critical part and we dont have disc brakes, I didnt want to take chances. Even the wear indicator hadn't moved much. The front brake shoe is the same, it is fine. Cost some 170rs if my memory is correct.

This is exactly same issue as I experienced some days back. Some questions for you now:

                        a. Is it happening for first 2-3 KMs when you start bike or is it always happening ?

                        b. have you filled from "NOT" your regular petrol bunk recently ?

                        c. Is it taking more efforts than usual to start bike than before ?

                          My answers:

                          a. NO,it's there in all the gears, but only at lower RPMs.

                          b. NO

                          c. NO,bike starts with a single kick, even with the kicker half way down.

I feel power loss at lower RPMs.

Just to confirm, what I wanted to ask is ....is this power loss feel is present only for first 2-3 KMs of ride ?

As I mentioned, power loss is felt only at the first twist of the accelerator.Whenever I release the gas & apply again, the bike jerks initially & then picks up.Does anyone have a solution?
