Re: Bajaj Avenger - All versions
I went to mayur bajaj dehradun, they said it cant be done here, and you will void the bike's warranty if you get it done outside.Originally posted by Golden Cat View PostYou can do it easily, its good DRL headlight.
I am keen on getting it done, any advice?

You can do it from outside market, but if warranty is void then wait till warranty period.

Re: Windshield on bajaj avenger 220 street 2018
Hey bro, hope you're doing well.I managed to fit the original windshield somehow, though had to buy a flimsy looking third party clamp for that.I hope it'll do its job but then can't get the same fit and finish of the original.I need help regarding another matter now.Originally posted by Golden Cat View Postkeep all original accessories stored, and incase you need to claim for warranty then remove modified windshield and fit original accessories before visiting service centre.
I upgraded from tvs apache rtr 160 (1st gen), so kind of feel worried about (panic) braking when riding the avenger at decent speeds . I mean the seating pos isn't letting me brake effortless, every time i have to brake its like my foot is searching for the lever,so i wanted to know if there's any way I could extend the rear break lever a bit towards outside , so that I don't have to put efforts reaching for the brake in panic situations.

you should do practice of brake lever pressing while keeping bike on stand.
If not then you can do welding and attached extra projection outside.
both ways are easy and no worries.
Please note that Avenger panic braking is horrible, it can skid easily

bajaj avenger 220 street handling
HI,
My avenger 220 street 2017 is giving me handling instability since 2-3 weeks.
It has never once skidded or crashed.
I have noticed high handle wobbling above 60 kmph (on absolutely straight clearest roads) after removing both hands, and i feel that the whole thing (tyre shocker handle combo) is slightly tilted towards left, also causing the bike to generally fall aur move towards the right.
The ride is a little jumpy and both the tyres give a general shifty feel on stone roads ,potholes and even on those road embedded lights.
I am very particular about the smallest things and i cant get my mind off this issue, can someone tell me what to do?
I have heard this issue from atleast 5 other same model owners as well.
P.s. The bike goes only to the official bajaj service center and i do not prefer anywhere else
