Probably the best all round product in the current scooter market in India..... I was cash ready to go for this bike almost 1 and a half year back for my Dad. Had to finally settle down for a DIO as Suzuki guys had a minimum of 7 days booking period and zillions of Dios were standing at HMSIs showrooms, just in want of a buyer...!

That's why I learn to service it by myself after warranty expiry; go through your owner's manual & do the servicing by yourself. That way there're two things
          1. Save money, carry out things economically & no one can cheat you
          2. Immense, unexplainable & immeasurable satisfaction

PS - Yesterday I came to know about the quality of Suzuki & from now on I'll have a second thought before suggestion. Check out the Chennai G2G for more details on this.

Getting it done this wednesday, As I said that I would be there while it get serviced, so they told that Wednesday will be the good time. It has done 800kms+ till now and has been a satisfactory experience.

Mileage has been 40kmpl+ and no issues with it till now.

I like its Stressfree nature even at speeds above 60kmph (considering its a forced cooled scootertte) where others show sign of struggle at those speeds.
It also touch good speed of 75kmph in decent amount of time and with good braking, stability and handling abilites...I would suggest this over Aviator.
Disc brakes would be a great benifit on Access 152cc.

Now the most critical thing is to be awaited...After sales service...feedback on it after 1st service.

Change the Engine Oil filter each time you change the OIL. Good for everyone, pluse, it wont cost more than 40rs.

Riaz, if you remember I rode Aviator along with you at 80 kmph speeds with superb stability and handling. Never had any nervous moments in that ride. Handling of Aviator is definitely better than Access. The front telescopics of Honda are a lot better than the Access; the access' shocks are very stiff at front. Moreover, the bigger 12-inch wheel at front of Aviator would assist in easy turnings.

The new Aviator comes with 110 cc engine and is reasonably powerful enough, if not equal to Access.

Ok, My experiecnce was based on 10kms test ride from a Honda showroom. I think the edge would be because of tires that Aviator comes with! They are more usable at leans and curves where as Access comes with Ordinary tires for variable usage.

Done with First Service of Access!
It had no issues as such so nothing much to write about it.
Service center was not good and not bad at same time.

Changes components were, Engine oil, Oil filter and gear oil. It has become more smoother now and more enjoyable to ride at 60kmph! Mileage details will tell later.

My 1st Experience with a Suzuki..

Hi Guys.. This is a small write-up of a Little Japanese Scooter that belittles every other scooter in town thanks to Brilliant VFM, Awesome Performance & Great Handling..

My parents shifted to Chennai in January, and ever since he'd wanted a scooter for his local commute and odd runarounds.. My dad was pinned to the Honda Activa, no doubt thanks to its ROAD PRESENCE (I LITERALLY mean it).. Every other time, i see an activa being ridden hard by a teen girl or a Jumbo Family stuffed into one with a month's supply of groceries and the LPG Cylinder..

So, off we went, me & my dad to a Honda Showroom on February 5th.. And, seriously; i was APPALLED to see the sorry state of affairs at the Honda Showroom..

Here's the dialogues that were exchanged..

After waiting for FIVE MINUTES and no one coming forward to us, me & my dad went to a guy seated at one of the tables who was flaunting his Honda Showroom Badge..

My Dad: Hi, we're here to test ride the activa and aviator..

Showroom Guy: Hello Sir, please have a seat at this desk so that we can start filling the loan forms..

My Dad: We're here to get the vehicle in Full Cash Payment.. But first, we need to take a test ride..

Showroom Guy: Sir, these scooters are world class & proven.. Why take a test ride at all..? Trust me sir, HONDA is HONDA sir..

Myself: (With a STARE at the Guy) We know that a Honda is not a Kawasaki.. Can you give us the test ride or not..?

Showroom Guy: Sir, the vehicles are not in proper condition for test ride now.. You can book the vehicle in finance and then next week you can take test ride sir..

My Dad: Then we'll book the vehicle next week.. (And we got up from the chairs..)

Showroom Guy: Sir, we have a special offer on loan interest rates this week sir.. I'll do one thing.. I'll arrange for a test ride from a new vehicle..

Myself: (Seriously PISSED OFF by now) Sir, for the last time.. We are taking vehicle by full cash.. And, won't the vehicle's owner come to take delivery now..?

Showroom Guy: Sir, please don't worry.. He won't come till we ask him to come here.. Also, you can get vehicle in 2 weeks time IF you take it through loan sir.. But for full cash, you have to wait for three months..

My Dad: (Angrily) Call the Showroom Manager..

Showroom Guy: Sir, pl don't call him sir.. This is "OUR DEALING" sir..

Myself: (To the Showroom Manager, who'd walked over to our table at last) Sir, your employees are not OK.. Please arrange for a test ride now or we're leaving..

Manager: Please leave him sir.. He's a new fellow.. Now you've told me na, I'll give you delivery in one week if you take loan sir..

Those B@$*#!^s were more interested in making us get a two wheeler loan rather than the two wheeler itself..

Me & My Dad walked out.. He followed us hurriedly and pointed to a BRAND NEW Activa..

Manager: Sir, we'll give you test ride in this, but you have to take this very vehicle..

Myself: What if we don't like it..?

Manager: Sir, who doesn't like Honda vehicle sir..?

Me & My Dad leave after deciding not to exchange any pleasantries..

Then we head to the Suzuki Showroom the same day and here's how i ended up with the Access 125..

Showroom Manager: Welcome to Jain Suzuki Sir.. How may i help you..?

My Dad: We're here for the Access scooter..

Manager: Would you like to take a test ride sir..?

Asks one of the Mechanics to bring the vehicle..

My Dad: You go ahead and ride it first.. I'll ride it after you..

Manager: Sir, please feel free to ride and get back..

                              Myself: Thanks..

And off i rode away.. The scooter pulled away SEAMLESSLY with just a hum.. In no time i neared 60 with just a hint of throttle.. I was amazed.. Brakes were Icy cold & Sharp.. I was enjoying, when i suddenly noticed that i'd come 10kms away from the showroom.. So, i returned to the showroom..

Then my dad took a ride.. And returned half hour later, covering 35kms, with a grin on his face and over a brewing cup of hot fresh tea, cleared up Rs.50,102/- from his bank account to the dealer in the process the very minute for a Metallic Blue Access.. The scooter was delivered to us on Feb 6th, the next day evening.. We got the papers from the showroom on Monday..

                              The Real Life Experience..

The scooter's covered 2000kms till date cause my dad's office is just 2kms from our house.. I used the scoot for the first two weeks, covering 900kms and the

1st service in the process.. With manual recommended running-in, the scooter touched 65-70kmph WITH EASE.. After that, my dad started using it for his commute and i was back full time with My Mighty Stallion, the 220..

Two weeks back, took the scooter to office for a change.. When i was returning that night, the roads were EMPTY and i decided to open up and see what this Baby could do.. And boy did the scooter impress.. It touched a speedo indicated 95+ and i kept it that way for nearly 10 seconds, after which i backed off, scared i might end up ruining such an awesome scooter.. Even now, when i take it out for the ODD RUN-ABOUT, i'm happy that i made the right choice by buying the Access 125..

If only Suzuki had fitted a LARGER fuel tank, say about 9-10 liters, i would've taken this baby for a Tour.. Seriously, its THAT GOOD..

Just now saw the commercial for the Access which says SABKI WISH POORA KARE.. And boy, it DOES "FULFILL EVERYONE'S WISHES.."

P.S.- Sorry for poor quality pics.. Its from a cellphone camera..
