Previously their issue was only with top speed...
Good old days when we'd get to see Yamaha Overtaking in tighter sections...

Lorenzo was doing that because his tyres were getting destroyed and he couldn't hold the insane lean angles that he is used to. Poor guy having to ride the Yam like a Honda, but without the power!

yamaha didn't have good corner exit speed, it is the honda that have good corner exit drive.

yamaha have good mid corner speed.

as per my knowledge...others correct me if i am wrong.

i think crutchlow will not shift to suzuki just for a factory ride, in fact he will not shift untill he finds the bike more competitive than tech3 yamaha.

Bridgestone did come out with a statement that there was nothing wrong with Lorenzo's tyres. The wear and other parameters were in sync with their observations across the pit lane.

There were several rumors regarding Lorenzo's performance last weekend and unfortunately, that stole the limelight from a superb ride by the guys on the podium.

Carmelo leaned on Bridgestone to give Lorenzo a bum front tire, hoping that the crew would make a hurried last-minute change on the grid and screw up the setup, thus dropping Jorge down the order and elevating Rossi up the finishing order, thus driving up television viewership numbers and increasing Dorna revenues. But Yamaha mis-translated the secret orders from Dorna that are transmitted through the special factory M1 ECU and put the settings intended for Rossi onto Crutchlow's machine.
