Credit to Cal, his move on Rossi was brilliant. Rossi clearly lacked the pace. Loved to see Cal riding his heart out. This was my first live Moto GP ride this season, thanks to NO TV at home and busy office hours on Sunday (Yeah I know, FML!), today got the free time in the office saw the race. LOL!

Is Marc really a rookie, I mean he is astonishing! Took the lead and maintained it till the end. The Championship is getting spicier and spicier, hope to see Pedrosa in the next race. If Lorenzo returns in the next race then everybody will be speechless. :-|

The gap between first and second was 1.5 seconds and gap between Cal (2nd) and Rossi (3rd) was about 7 seconds! How did that happen! :P

Whenever something bad happens to lorenzo, it is quickly followed by equally bad happening to pedrosa. ....last year as well as this year....

It's something like we all have experienced - you fall ill and miss the school for a day and next day, your friends tell you how much fun they had at the playground! Lorenzo and Pedro might be undergoing the same when they watch MM, Cal and Rossi racing each other.

MM has never been to Laguna, VR on MM -

Poor Lorenzo!!

Just when I thought Rossi found the set up to his liking, I expected him to fight!!!
But Great ride from Cal and Marc. Good race by Espargaro too and Bautista.

Two years of riding a bad bike + finding a good setup on a new bike for each track will take some time... At the end of race rossi was explaining something to his team members...probably some set up issues... Still its good to see him in top three. Though i was a little dissappointed to see him not winning.

By the end of season he will be 100% in top three fighting for podiums... So 2014 we should see him fighting for championship.

Rossi and his team is the oldest and most experienced in the circus ring. Hence, choosing a set-up not suitable for the race isn't an excuse. They had all the time in the world on Friday and Saturday to do the race simulation and fiddle around.

Cal rode a brilliant race. Barring his usual bad start and first few laps, he was super fast. At the death, he was always a tenth of a second faster than MM.

EDIT - There is a conversation going on on twitter about towing during the qually. Looks like Cal is the hot cake now. Apparently, no one likes being the shield.

I think Rossi has confidence in flat section of the race like Assen which is mostly flat. He is not able to get the same confidence in elevation changes like in Sachsenring, Germany. The next circuit i.e. Laguna Seca, USA has the part Flat from turn 2 to turn 4. Just three turns, but place where he can be good at. Also, there is hardly any place for opening the full throttle. Don't know, whether it can help Rossi anyhow or not.
Top speed attained is 268.3 kmph by Cal last year. Otherwise top average speeds are in the range of 160kmph to 162kmph. To Hell with figures.

Rossi looked very excited about the next race,in post race interview. May be he can do it there.

It will be tough, if Jorge returned there. Dani will be there. Marq will try for it, as he is currently leading the championship. Of Course there is Cal too. Looks real tough for Rossi.

AAAAhhhh!!!! I want to see Rossi to win from here, anyhow

. If not winning, atleast on top three.

one thing is for certain that every track should be a mix of left and right turns and not like 7 or 8 left hand turns at a stretch.
