From what I gather, they are talking about the setup of the 2010 bike with the current bike. The same setup didn't work, Lorenzo's setup didn't work. About Lorenzo topping the practice session, if he can come 5th in a race after surgery I don't think I'm surprised if he tops the session. I mean an injury like this only effects your performance in a race long situation. Not in a few laps. Moreover a few days injury doesn't take the talent out of you.
