They ought to worship him, he's brought the show back on track. At least closer to the level it was 4-5yrs ago.
He's the one who's drawing the crowd at all upcoming circuits. 😜

Exactly, a simple example is, i am sure everyone who watched the race noticed it as it couldn't be missed; the reaction of the crowd (each and every person) on the main straight when Rossi overtook Marc and especially Pedrosa to claim the lead. The whole crowd went crazy and it wasn't just filled with *Rossi only* fans. In our generation so far, there isn't any other racer in MotoGP who can get the crowd so pumped anywhere in the world. People just love him, simple.

          Mak, Sat and R.

That is exactly what I am saying. Dorna is feeding off Rossi. At some point of time he will retire. If they keep building him only, then one day they will be flat on their face. It is a viscous circle that Dorna can very well get out off. But they apparent disinterest in every other rider is worrying.

Oh I see what your talking about. But honestly speaking, since I worship Rossi so much myself, it's hard for me to think about anyone else apart from Rossi. But yes I've got Marc lined up after the legend retires👍

@The Monk: I would agree with you. I guess Dorna is just cashing in on the last race to get....I don't know what! :P

But I am not sure if I can blame Dorna right now, in this particular instance. Rossi's victory came in after a long 2 and a half years so I guess it is special for even the sport of MotoGP, if you know what I mean. People flock to see Rossi race anyway, without this kind of videos or not. A friend of mine went to Spain just last month to see the race even though he might not be betting on Rossi for a win. That's the love for the sport, in part definitely, but also he is a Rossi fan for life. Just trying to give you an example that people are crazy for this Italian anyway :P

Some of us may not like what Dorna is doing right now, but this is also something accepted by even some sport experts how important Rossi is for MotoGP as long as he is racing. Let's see what happens in following races.

It's not hard to escape the fact that riders' head position during cornering is transforming too.

PS: The photos uploaded earlier didn't complement my statement.

@Makky, in the pics shown, I think the difference is because in the 1st one Dani is either entering or midway in the corner but the 2nd one is when Dani is exiting.
The way he rides is picking up the bike before picking himself up to avoid TC kicking in and save the edge rubber, while exiting a corner.

But your true on the point you said that the head position has changed in the past few years. Rossi has many times highlighted the fact that the way of riding these machines is very different from what it used to be.

It's a slow change. Someone tries something and if it works, he incorporates into his riding and at times, the whole pack might copy it as in the case of Rossi's The Doctor's Dangle or better known as The Leg Out.

Redding power might race in MotoGP next season. That can be good!

Cal's managing team might be delighted looking at this?

Over recent weeks, talk in the paddock has pointed towards Bradl riding a ‘factory-supported Honda’ next season. At present, the German - who qualified on the front row at Assen - is unable to clarify his situation in full."We have a pre-contract which we signed last year, at the last race in Valencia," Bradl explains. "This will come very soon. We will sit down together in the next couple of weeks, but I don’t think it looks so bad for me. Also, when looking at our data, HRC (Honda Racing Corporation) knew we were struggling at the beginning of the season and now over the last races we have not done badly. They know exactly what is going on and I think they are quite happy with the progress we have made."
Having suffered three falls across the first four races of the season, Bradl admits that at times it is possible to be distracted by one’s impending future.
"This is always in the back of your mind because you also want to show HRC and all of the sponsors that you can do better than you are actually doing," continues the Moto2™ World Champion of 2011. "When you struggle at the beginning of the season, it is not easy to come back and solve the problem, but it doesn’t really make any difference in my life – especially after we sat down with Lucio (Cecchinello, CEO of LCR Honda MotoGP) and all of my team.
"There is no reason why we should be going crazy now. We just try to go step-by-step, back to our normal speed, and then try to put our speed into a whole race distance."
Over the opening seven races of 2013, 23-year-old Bradl has registered three top five finishes and his first ever front row start in The Netherlands, as well as two retirements in Qatar and Spain.
