To be fair, hope Pedrosa gets to increase his lead.
      But............
Would want to see another Yamaha rider within reach of the title

About Espargaro brothers, I feel Aleix should get a prototype ride before Pol, if one had to choose, but things work differently, just an opinion...

@Vijay1911 : at assen last Year Bau was on 8th and still managed the Banzai charge just kiddin'

      Edit:
Bradl switched to brembo brakes, and was confident in riding. Would that be the same for Alvaro I wonder.

Latest update : He's not racing today.

And this changes the game completely. I'm calling this right away... Lorenzo will race at Laguna Seca. Top 6 finish should be no sweat for him and that will keep him within 1 victory of whoever is in the championship lead.

With Lorenzo and Pedrosa both injured, could we see Marc Marquez waltz to the championship in his debut year? I won't bet against it.

With Lorenzo and Pedrosa out, my wallet is out and ready to bet on Rossi again. But considering that Marquez is one cool cat, the title could be his as well.

That would be a very long shot, I think. He's 51 points off the lead and in his current form, he still seems to be a tiny bit (a couple of tenths) off the pace from the leading trio. If Marquez could nail down the next 2 races (likely) and manage to not crash for the rest of the season(unlikely), it would be nearly impossible to catch him.

Guess he was talking about the German GP not the championship

Its hard to stop Alvaro Bautista ... if he's angry he can take anyone out, even the rider going for championship like Jorge Lorenzo last year. its better to avoid him than to drive with him ...he has ridden with Marco Simoncelli, maybe he tries to carry the same aggression in each race, which was required to ride with Marco.

Yes, yesterday Bradl was in amazing control... maybe "Brembo" power.

Would MM and Rossi ride like Lorenzo - get out, take the first corner and see the chequered flag or will they play a cat and mouse game? 2 hours to go....
And not to forget, Cal and Bradl are very fast.

Pedrosa is on 136. Jorge -9. Marc -23. Rossi -51.

If Rossi has got back his mojo, and that is a big IF. Rossi wins this race and Laguna. No Jorge and maybe no Pedrosa in Germany.

Rossi will be ahead of Lorenzo, a few points behind Pedrosa and around 20 points behind Marquez. He has a good shot at the title

If on the other hand, Assen was a one off for Rossi, then all bets are off

I would be forced to reconsider if he does manage to win this race, indeed.

I am sure Lorenzo would be hoping for a Rossi win and Crutchlow sneaking in second. Nothing better than that for Jorge

Bold prediction : Bradl is going to crash.

                          Espagaro is riding absolutely brilliant.

The best riders on top - MM and Cal. Somehow, Rossi never was at his best. Pity that Bradl couldn't capitalize his chances.

                                Esp is hammering his machine!

Initially, MotoGP was proper old school racing but, turned out to be boring in the second half.

BTW, it's the same 3 again.
