    a few pages ago... someone made a post about the bike being "Designed in Italy" and then the next 20 posts had everyone following.

    just thought i'd nip it in the bud before someone else got carried away

        Italian + 250/300cc + 30ish BHP = Not affordable.

        I expect it to cost 2Lacs+. Italians are supposed to be expensive . If the Jap Baby Ninja can cost 3Lacs. I expect the Italian stuff to cost very close it. Unles its Made entirely in India, it wont cost anything less than 2Lacs.

            if the bike is Designed by Engines Engineering which is it Italy, i believe its DESIGNED in Italy by italians itself..

                I dont think they can afford to put a 2lac price tag, specially when they know they are a new company into motorcycles where the Japs rule Indian minds as nothing better & two Indian counterparts to deal with, which are doing very good. So I believe that they might put a strict on your face pricing. They'll be definitely thinking of Arriving with a Banggg... IMO

                  the mahindras have to also think about the hyosungs because they are also coming with their ultimate warriors in great price range.....so they have to quote their price carefully....

                      Hey guys we have a new company in the bike segment n it is Mahindra.
                      I was in the comp. for my admin training when i saw the proto types the bike is called MIRACLE
                      n will be in 2 variants 100cc and 125cc look wise the bikes r not that great but the prices
                      r very low i heard that the 100cc is 4 Rs.25000+ the comp is also launching REXTON
                      (may be a spelling mistake) in 2006 on the basis of Prado so and also i belive they have
                      gr8 plans 4 launching a big bike as they bought a Yamaha 1000cc bike for R&D, im not saying
                      that they going to launch a 1000cc bike but atleast 250cc is wht we can expect
                      this was posted by xBHP ID Kunal_devil on the 1st December 2004.

                      i wonder if this speculated 300cc bike is a result of 6 years of R&D.

                      even the 125cc was speculated... way back then.

                          i dont know why i am getting this thought, but i can sense history in the making.

                          no i dont mean that a new company is bringing a big bike to india or something..
                          i just feel the world's best 250 (ninja) will be history in one of the biggest markets that too loosing out to a home grown product from a relatively young company!!

                          its time for indian products to truly go global, and these kind of products can truly storm the world!

                              hey!! i dont think it wil cross the 2lac mark ,no doubt the technology is italian but the maufacturer is mahindra,a pure desi brand..it knows very well about the two wheeler of india market and being its first product(motorcycle)the company is going to make it more economical..
