It is a 300c 4 valve engine, and there is definitely something wrong if it getting maxed out at 8500 rpm. A 2 valve Pulsar can do 9k RPM. If this can be sorted out, then I am sure the bike can surely extract 30 horses.

No-one/nothing is un-touchable, when a good competition emerges.
    well... u said 30bhp + fairing + clipons.

and if they've priced the current version at 1.9 lac.

a fully faired version would definitely be priced similar to if not little below the Ninja.

many have said that they'd prefer buying the Ninja compared to the current Mojo pricetag.

How much more so if Mahindra were to revise the price for a fully faired version.

you get what you pay for.

      Exactly!
MOJO can be considered overpriced only if it fails in delivering its performance!
Since no one as of now has tested it,its really strange to see conclusions already!

Can you now see thru the fog??? SO Big deal if you sat on it...You're still off track with what it is. Only in India can we mix up a hypermptard design for a cruiser. I attached the ducati hypermotard pic just as a reference and you'll find thr handle bars, seat and tank are all similarly designed. So think twice before slinging your ignorant "Yeah Right" on this forum.

Kindly be careful with words you use. Nothing to get personal about.

[P.S: By the way there is nothing called a Hypermotard "design".
Hypermotard is just the name of a Ducati model which is styled like a "Supermoto Motorcycle" but with a big bore, multicylinder engine.]

Well All I'm saying really isn't that I've designed the bike myself. But what I am saying is that I know My biked and If someone's wrong (and being really smart about it) then it's good to give them some correct information, as opposed to misleading any new comers to the website, we don't want a reputation for being a website that promotes the wrong inaccurate information...and c'mon what do You honestly think? Does that really look like a cruiser mixed and matched to you??? Engines Engineering aren't daft either, they wouldn't test a cruiser like bike on a track then would they??? A cruiser with inverted front forks & a horizontally mounted monoshock!!! ...Okay Payeng You win this is a cruiser...maybe we should have a poll on this then? How any people think the mahindra Mojo is a cruiser even partly as opposed to a hypermotard?
Speed, it seems to me, provides the one genuinely modern pleasure.

any news about anyone from xbhp getting to ride it ??
A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

I did not mean it in any other way than to correct you. Coz the info you had out here was incorrect I realise it was your opinion and this was mine, the thing that ticked me off was the way you were like "yeah right" ...besides i never said it was a hypermotard design supermoto is the right term instead as you righly put it...it wss just styled after the ducati hypermotard, the handle bars the tank etc. Nice pics by the way...see without your pics we wouldn't be able to have these discussions!!! So relax it wasn't personal for me either!!!

Dude.. Its you who needs to relax [Just scroll through your last few posts].

I had only commented that the "riding stance/position" which I found like the Royal Enfield Thunderbird's riding stance. I NEVER SAID anything about its STYLING.

Believe me, I have my own opinions about the bike, which I am holding on to myself .

Mahindra haven't been able to start the bike yet.

So a test ride is out of the question.

the website "launch" was a mistake... it's been a week since the unveiling.

                            why isn't it online yet?

M&M have already showcased both the bikes with specs/prices.

Couldn't they start while pushing like in cars?

                              • just wondering...

                                with the tech specs being...

                                Maximum Power
                                19.3 kW @ 8500 rpm (26 BHP)

                                Maximum Torque
                                24 N.m @ 7000 rpm

Theoretically... what would this bike feel like???

In terms of power delivery, torque etc.

is it possible to accurately speculate???

                                Also...

isn't that the same size as the FZ16's??
not comparing quality of the alloys etc... just inquiring.
                                .
