Atleast the sound is way better than all its counterparts right now. The ignition reminds me of the Karizma. Sweet
This bike above is the old CBR and sounds better because of the inline-4 engine.Last edited by myg124; 04-19-2011, 01:18 AM."Never recreate from your memory, always imagine new places"

You know, there comes a time, when out of frustration and desperation, you give all hopes up.
And then suddenly, out of the blue, some thing gives you that dream back. Suddenly you realise why you have been waiting, you realise why you have been dreaming.
I am going OT[Big time OT] now, but I could not resist doing so. Ban me if you want, but this dream suddenly reminded me of what I was dreaming of since August-September 2010.
There I was, almost in half mind to buy Ninja. But somehow convinced myself, that I cannot shell out so much. Waited and waited.
Then came the Mojo. Well, was not impressed. Again decided to wait, hoping that some day Honda might come.
And damn, on 30th December, Avin tells me that they already started booking.
Called up all showrooms in Bangalore area, none ready to take it on 31st. So painfully waited for booking it on Jan 1st.
Damn, what a way to start a new year. Now this inch-closer wait is really killing me. So I decided, instead of waiting, let me plan.
Where will I ride this bike?
And presto, this delay proved to be a mixed blessing. Its gonna rain soon.
And I know, many are thinking it will hamper their out-goings.
But hey, look at it in this way.
Or rather look at these pics and tell me you are not tempted to take her out in the rain...

I am someone who is in total love with the state I come from.(I am sure everyone is).
I just love Kerala, for its greenery. And while I was browsing through these photos, I could not stop wondering, maybe God wanted me to take Bruna out during rains, maybe thats why Honda delayed the launch etc.(Maybe just my imaginations taking a toll on me due to this wait

, like as if God gets relief from solving problems all over the world).
Now I am out of this wait desperation, making plans, on how to spend the run-in period in some quality rides, on how to get out of monotonous work, on how to see nature with blurry vision, dampened with water sprayed by the almighty, on how to get a glimpse of life as the creator intended me to see.
Biker for life!!!
Cheers!!!
Hope I was able to remove some frustration from you guys due to the waiting and the delays and the excitement.

Ajay, would've been better if the pics were stacked rather than queued
made easy to read.

The punier 150 single from R15 makes, though muffled, good grunt in its throat and it grows sweetly when revved more. It sounded to me sportsbikish. Let me hear CBR first hand.Originally posted by Type R View Postthat vroom vroom sign is not possible from an engine of this size unless its an inline four or heavily modded.
btw saw the bike in flesh at delhi showroom. looks good and does gives a big bike feel

cbr250rr, Road Bikes items at low prices on eBay.com.au
Now THAT is a 250cc 4-stroke worth owning. If you are keen enough you can import one although I am not aware of the latest customs rules and procedures for importing used vehicles.
The current CBR250R is built for a different day and age where fuel is expensive and time is limited. This calls for a more reliable and frugal vehicle so you spend what little time you have on the road and not in the garage.
Don't feel inadequate based on the BHP figures...in every other way the new CBR is a step up from anything else in the market.Kriss : 15.06.1981 - 11.10.2009
You will not be forgotten...RIP
