    This wait is getting on my nerves. I called Om Sai Honda Malad today and the same old crap. Pata nahi hien !! Launch nahi hua hien !! Launch kaab hoga pata nahi!! Gadi kaab milegi pata nahi !! Dukaan bandh karke ghar pe bhait. I was expecting a test drive atleast on the 20th but i don't think even that is going to happen. Honda always has the habit of making people wait for anything u buy from them. Be it scooters,cars.

        @arjun: thanx for the video man! Would i be too demanding if i request a video in bright day light showing every detail and corners of the bike??? Or maybe your pulsar standing beside it

          Well, 25 is the date.. I visited 3 showrooms here today and all gave the 25th as the day of launch.. And it was told in a much affirmitive way than before at every place.. So.. I think honda has got it shared with all its dealers this time..

          i also visited 1 mumbai showroom and they gave me 20th as date.lol

            What are you saying man? It does not sound muscular at all, we have had discussions of why it sounds like this due to the refinement etc, but I personally dont like the sound of the bike very much.

              Yeah it sounds like a blown up scooty. I was under the impression it would sound like a real sports bike. Vrrooom Vrrooom !!

                  that vroom vroom sign is not possible from an engine of this size unless its an inline four or heavily modded.
                  btw saw the bike in flesh at delhi showroom. looks good and does gives a big bike feel

                    CBR will be sold on many 'planks',but the most striking USP of all would be economical running cost and adhering to typical "Mileage kya hai" !! That means latest technology right from intake air-filter to exhaust tip, the exhaust design will help CBR to attain 'Mileage kya hai' question. So I understand that it is the case of design for higher fuel efficiency the exhaust note is soft. Live with it and enjoy both perfromance and mileage from a quarter litre wonder. Congratulate Honda for getting such a fantabulous package at such an attractive price, that too with a short notice (HMSI was murmering about Twister since 2006 and it came out in 2010 & CBR is almost here at lightening speed) !!

                      I'm sorry this is not an inline 4 to produce that sort of a sound. It sounds pretty good for a single cylinder engine that's what i meant.

                        Asking more from a single cylinder. From what ever video I have checked, I got the impression that the sound is the best for a single cylinder and better than the current bikes available in India. Time will tell.

                        The bike will be bigger than any other bikes currently available and little smaller than Ninja 250.

This is my 1st post here and i must say we should not let things like, the waiting period or the exhaust note make a issue cause we all know it is a great product that Honda has got us. Booked mine on 1/1/11. Dealer has told me that they will be receiving their load this week. This load will consist of 16 bikes from where i will be receving my Black Beauty. Can hardly wait to receive her.
