Yamaha Showroom guy told me there is another R15 for 2011, it may be tha same bike with lil modified for looks, bigger tyre and LED tail lights. Sometimes it may have a 200cc engine also... When i heard that i thought he was blindly speculating... May be these pics shows atleast he's correct on the looks part, if its the new R15...

A little earlier, Yamaha cleared that there is no room for engine upgradation on R15. I donot think that there will be any change in specs. Because a heavier engine will need a redesign of the chassis, as the dynamics will be affected and so on the handling with increased cost which will need another market research for Yamaha, to understand whether commuting people are ready for purchasing a 1.5L(my guess for 200cc motor) bike. This looks tobe only a major facelift and nothing else. Yes, the motor might be tweaked for torque figures. Tyres look tobe the same.

The looks are very similar to R125... although i doubt they will suddenly release a 200 cc version of R15.. but with Honda beating their drums with the CBR 250R lets see... the indian market is definitely heating up for sure..

I dont think so, the hump on the tank and silencer are different. May be there are few more points that can be noted with the picture posted above. A direct competition to the CBR 250 will be much appreciated
