As per my experince the pulsars i owned from the past till today didnt had any problems i sold my previous pulsars only because of my craze and love towards the pulsar series
.My 1st pulsar was p180 i just used it for a year clocked 17k kms on it and sold off after launching of p220 DTSFI.[Not even a single problem in 1 year used it in a very harsh and rough manner]
My next pulsar was 220dtsfi its really a great pulsar it has got crispy throttle response,great lamps & many more goodies used it for 2 years clocked 25k kms on it[ no problems just periodic changing of parts like coneset,clutch plates etc the chain&sprockets was in a good condition even at 25k kms when i sold it] and sold off after i test rode my friends 220 dtsi & started loving it to the core
.& finally bought the new 220 dtsi it has got major improvements in the handling and powerdelivery over the FI version the dtsi doesnt feels thristy as fi at higher rpms once you cross 6k rpm it just zooms like a small rocket
.Completed 6.7k kms in the 6 months didn't faced any problems till now except the fairing vibs and sound thats it.The pulsar needs improvements in the areas of ENGINE REFINEMENT,VIBS,PAINT QUALITY & LASTLY THE WORST SERVICE CENTERS.
