Highly Possible!! The waiting period for a normal CB Unicorn at the showroom near my place is 6 months.. And i read it somewhere on the internet that the CBR 250R will be only produced in Thailand and India.. So probably they will have to export a share of production to other countries as well!Originally posted by rick.konstantin View PostYou gotta risk it.. to get da biscuit !!!

I love the R1 now do u expect me to compare the R1 with N250R? Let Kawasaki price the Ninja close to the CBR250R[need not be same price 25K more I don't mind], then I too will agree at your statement, but the current Ninja pricing isn't justifiable.Originally posted by pulsar_flame View Postyes i do but i am speaking from the prescriptive of a bike lover,if honda would have launched it with a dual cylinder then yes i would have supported Honda..

It is justified Rags & infact even lower. N250R, twin cylinder priced at 2.7L in Chennai. So cost of single cylinder 2.7L/2 = 1.35L. Cost of CBR250R on single cylinder 1.5L. Now tell me which is cheaper lolOriginally posted by bprags View Postbut the current Ninja pricing isn't justifiable.

Do you think 1 cylinder less will change the cost that much. The price of N250 is still high because of duties it is not a localised product. And Honda are pricing their bikes extremely competitively.Originally posted by aargee View PostIt is justified Rags & infact even lower. N250R, twin cylinder priced at 2.7L in Chennai. I'd request to read it completely to understand the joke!!! I'm aware of the facts otherwise.Originally posted by jasmeetsinghchawla View PostDo you think 1 cylinder less will change the cost that much.
This is partially right as N250R falls under CKD that attracts about 30-60% taxation & not the religious 110%, so the taxes are not that HIGH!!!Originally posted by jasmeetsinghchawla View PostThe price of N250 is still high because of duties it is not a localised product. PS - I do not like to bring N250R discussion here & the above comment was only for joking. Feel free to report & delete the above post if you think this will once again turn into a war between N250R & CBR250R.Skill is what keeps you on a Motorcycle
